Ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the meat wasnt heated up throughly half warm half cold mixed together. BUT it was Delicious after I heated it back up. I'll still go back.

Amazing service, food tastes outstanding and it’s one of our favorites. I accidentally placed the first responders order online and it was in store only. They gave back the difference when I went to pick up in the store. Very positive experience each time.

Sub bread was very soggy, wet for some reason, that was not garlic bread that I had to pay extra for. Sub was wrapped upside down in the box, when I unwrapped it literally took all the cheese off of it, box was upright, correct it was just put in wrong. Specifically said no pickle, they still always put the pickle in with the sub. Every time I order. By the way I am allergic which I always make clear. I go back normally when I can to get a new sub made, but I don't always have time to do that, then when I call to tell them they just say ok, sorry about that. Then I am out the money, a sub! Please listen to the orders.
Came during the Halloween snowfall, and the gentleman that was working (had a bishop/pope costume on) was phenomenal! He was really friendly and looked like he was juggling a few different hats solo and did great! Subs tasted great too!

Meatball was delicious. Ordered a large potato bacon soup but they gave me the wrong soup and the container was barely half way filled and was still very small. Not sure if I got the wrong size but regardless it was very little.
