First and last time I ordered from W. Washington St location in West Bend. Ordered online and food was supposed to be done at 5:50pm. Was finally done at 6:40pm but only half of my order. They "forgot" the other half.

I ordered online an 8 piece chicken meal and got to the restaurant when it said it was done. The 2 guys making the food acknowledged I was there for pick up and said it would be ready soon. The restaurant was so dirty and they weren’t wearing gloves while making food. After 5 minutes of me being there they must have noticed there was no extra crispy and it would take 30 minutes if I wanted to come back. Umm no that’s the whole point of an online order and my order was supposed to be done before I even got to the store according to online. I asked for a refund they said they can’t do that and I would have to call KFC. I already paid and didn’t trust if I just left I would actually get a refund. A woman who I assume was the manager was absolutely no help she didn’t even come to the counter she yelled to say I need to call my credit card company for a refund. That’s ridiculous it isn’t fraud or my credit cards problem KFC is out of chicken! One of the younger guys was very nice about it and offered to put together whatever chicken they did have. Once I got home I was more disappointed because the food…chicken, mac&cheese, corn, and biscuit’s were all cold and either dry or super greasy from sitting so long. It was also VERY overpriced! Needless to say we will never be back to KFC again I don’t know how this restaurant is still in business.

Expensive!!! KFC IS NOT ALWAYS OPEN! TRIED TO CALL IN A ORDER, NO ANSWER! WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE, ALL I HEARD WAS LOUD KITCHEN NOISES. NO QUALITY CONTROL! THE HISPANIC LADY AT THE WINDOW WAS NICE.SHE SAID THEY ARE UNDERSTAFFED AND THAT'S WHY THERE ARE ISSUES.

I ordered two Classic Chicken Sandwich meals. They were suppose to come with fries, but I was instead given mashed potatoes, which would have been fine, but they only gave me one. The guy at the counter did not give me my drink cups until I brought it up. The drink machine was out of ice and all of the beverages were flat and warm. Both of my chicken sandwiches were missing pickles, one of only two ingredients (not counting the bread and chicken, though I wouldn't be surprised if they have forgotten those on occassion). And one of the bottom buns was stale, like it had been sitting out for five days. Very hard to bite into, along with the incredibly dried-out chicken. And as an added note, the lobby is very disgusting. Half of it is roped off for some reason. I guess cleaning that part of the restaurant is too much work for the people that don't know how to put a pickle on a chicken sandwich. I tried to call to let them know about the pickle issue, as it has happened before, but I don't know why I expected anybody to pick up.

Ordered the 16pc chicken bucket and arrived at the restaurant at 4 pm. They only had extra crispy at that time. If I wanted original, I would have to wait 20 minutes. I opted for the extra crispy. Staff member informed me that she only had 6 biscuits, not 8, and said she could give me an extra side in place. I brought the food home, the chicken was super dry, and there was no gravy with the mashed potatoes. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. Basically, I paid $60 to eat buscuits and mac and cheese

I really wanted to like this store, but the food was less than impressive, and there was a man working on his car in the middle of the parking lot while the staff shot the breeze with this guy.
Would give a negative star if I could… was treated as an inconvenience the moment I walked through the door, and left empty handed.

I ordered online so I could just pull up to the restaurant run in and get my food but I couldn’t get in the store and I saw through the window somebody just sitting by the drive-through with nothing to do while I am ringing the doorbell pulling on the door and shaking the door and nobody comes so I get back in my car have to look up the number to call them and they tell me I have to come through the drive-through with all the cars going through!!! I’m thoroughly disgusted!!! the girl had 1 million excuses there’s only two girls there. The manager was on the phone….etc try erc…. It would’ve took one person to walk to the door and hand me my food and the manager on the phone. If she was on her cell phone, she could’ve walked over to the door and open the door.!!! but no, everybody’s too lazy to do ANYTHING EXTRA!!! I am thoroughly fed up with the kinda customer service we get these days!!!!
