I was looking for a Mexican restaurant that had a full bar as well as seafood and I came across this place not to far from my hotel. The food was a pretty big portion filled in a large margarita glass. They also were not stingy with their Shrimp. The price was descent $12.99 not over priced. I also ordered a old fashioned was was yummy and at 7.99 not bad. Definitely will be coming back again
Took a chance on something a bit different. Grilled chicken marinated in chimichurri, topped with avocado pico de gallo. Waitress offered a hot sauce wich even kicked it up a notch. Fantastic. Might need to learn how to make this at home. The plate did not need the rice and beans. Wish the wait staff was a bit more attentive. Ultimately, #spicemeister approved.

I finally satisfied my curiosity about this little Mexican grocery store. One thing makes it hard to visit, is the hours, it closes at 7pm. I like to stop for a special snack on Fridays. I arrive in West Bend just after 8pm. I visited the store before I went into La Cabana for dinner to see what they have to offer.
