Disappointed. Only a few customers on this day. The sever gave a bad impression. The salad came in a small bowl with dressing all over it. Most places give the dressing separately. The salad did not appear to be fresh. Although the inside had a nice atmosphere. I had chicken fried rice and chicken teriyaki. They arrived very hot, the teriaki was sizzling. I liked this. The flavors were just ok. My partner had sushi and didn't like it.

We have been coming to Ninja for years and every experience has been amazing! Service is always great and the food is even better! A ton of options to choose from. The owner is also incredibly sweet and runs a great business. Highly recommend to everyone!!!
Absolute WORST service I’ve ever had. We ended leaving when the young, ignorant server told us we only had 2 minutes to order. We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This was my sister’s first time here and she informed the staff of this. Instead of being helpful, she was rude and said we had to hurry up because they had other people coming in 15-20 minutes. The manager lady then came by and was equally as ignorant.Thank goodness, Texas Roashouse down the street knows how to treat their guests! I’ll make sure to spread the word about how horrible this establishment treats their guests.

Racist, they will give your reservation table to others on arrival. They told us to pay for our drinks early and told us we have 2mins to order our food. Very very very bad service. Young Japanese woman very disrespectful, she should not be in restaurant industry.
Aged tofu appetizer was served after our meal and was grossly underdone. Prior to the appetizer coming out we asked to cancel it because we got our meals and were told, “no, it’s already being cooked”. We took two bites, each to try it and sent it back. It was raw it the center with a consistency like jello. We assume the appetizer was immediately taken out of the frier (undercooked) since we tried to cancel. The appetizer was still reflected on our bill and when we asked why, we were greeted by a very unprofessional manager who insisted only 20% could be taken off because “most people liked it” and it was “soft fried”. Nowhere on the menu does it say the appetizer was “soft fried”. Either way we still had to pay for an appetizer that was not eaten. God forbid if your food isn’t cooked correctly here, you’ll be paying for it either way. (:
