Chicken noodle soup was great. The sandwich was so so. Too much sauce of some kind. If I buy a steak sandwich I want to actually taste the steak part of it, not the sauce slathered on it.The new building is too bright and too airy. I'm disappointed and not in a hurry to eat there again.Edit: My mistake was ordering at the counter and not being aware of what is on the sandwich. We returned the next day and ordered from the kiosk, where I could see the details and remove unwanted sauces.So I am moving my rating up and will continue to eat at Panera, but will use the kiosk and check carefully what's included. I still don't like the new building, too open and too bright.

Ever since they changed locations, this place has gone down hill . Terrible service , disappointing food , been there twice and ran out of product....very poor management . Very clustered seating ..no privacy like old

Their 'pick 2' deal is phenomenal.You get a half of a sandwich & a cup of soup for just about under ten dollars. Love the new resturant!! Only 'complaint' is the inside of the resturant itself is really quiet. You can literally hear everyone eating. They need to play some music!!

I keep reminding myself why I don't come here. Paid $55 for myself and daughter. Mac n cheese should be called Mac n sause. Ive had better mac at a gas station. Steak n cheese had 1 thin layer of steak. All bread. Spicey chicken sandwich consisted of a baked chicken breast with a spot of Buffalo sauce and dill pickle ruffles on it. Dry and underwhelmed. Mango smoothie was partially frozen mango yogurt. For these prices, this is very low quality deli food. Never again.

Paid $53 for a flimsy sandwich, an unbreaded spicy chicken sandwich, unbreaded chicken sandwich, a fruit cup, and Mac n cheese that tasted like kwik trip Mac n cheese. Never coming back to Panera again. Best thing about this place is the atmosphere and the Wi-Fi ??

My GrubHub order went to the wrong location in Menomonee Falls I didn’t realize this until I arrived at the West Bend Panera. I explain the situation and they made my food really fast. No questions asked. So I do not recommend GrubHub but I do recommend this

New location feels like a mall food court. No privacy. Everything echos. Feels opposite of a cozy atmosphere. Went inside to eat and couldn't wait to get out. Terrible service, waited 45 minutes for half a sandwich and a bowl of soup. Wish they never moved.
