I don't often review chain restaurants but had to for this one. Last night, (3-17-24) we ordered a pizza. It was JUST how I remembered it years ago. I feel in recent years it has gone downhill (not enought cheese, usually cooked too long where the cheese is brown) but for some reason last night's was SPOT ON. Cheesy, greasy, hot! BIG Shout out to the staff that worked last night. (one of the kids being a big Marquette fan) I sure management trains all staff to make all pizzas just like that. If so, I'll be back!

The staff was very welcoming and the food was ready as ordered.This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had though. It was pale in color and tasteless. Almost no pepperoni on it. The cheese was not stringy and was tasteless. Crust was aweful.Parking: In a big strip mall.

The woman behind the counter was very nice. We got the chocolate chip cookie and a pan of brownies at night. Very friendly!

So we decided on pizza lastnite. I had to get my favorite, cheesy bread. I realized I had enough pts to get a free order! That made it even better. So we ordered a LG Hand tossed Italian sausage pizza and order of cheesy sticks. It did come out to $27. I think that is still ridiculous for 1 pizza and sticks. We live like 5 mins from the restaurant. I think delivery fee should be based upon the miles. That's just my opinion.Update 7-13-22: It's getting better at this location. They must have gotten a new whole staff. I appreciate them listening the the feedback from their customers!!-Stars! Their customer service has gotten horrible over the past year! They must have had a huge turnover at this location! Not only has their attitude changed, so has the taste of their food! We ordered 2 chicken Alfredo pastas n a order of garlic knots- which was part of their $5 deal; guy on phone says its now $6; and it came to $24 n some change!!By the way, they will stop delivering whenever they decide to these days! Called one night(on a sun) at about 8 or 9, and they said they stopped delivering for the night. ?I knew the pasta tasted funny, but couldn't pin point it til my hubby said it. The pastas did not have any chicken?! Like seriously?! It was

I called two other local Pizza Huts that could not give me accurate pricing or answer my questions about ordering. This Pizza Huts staff was top-notch and knew their menu and prices inside and out. They were very knowledgeable with helping me order pizzas for a party and made sure I got them hot and fresh. Shout outs to Aaliyah, Marquis and Shavon to your excellent customer service! Our birthday party would not have been as delicious without your help. I cannot thank you enough for going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and prepared.
Picking up a door dash order… waited 20 minutes… then they tell me they were out of an item and tried to reach out to the customer. I texted him right away and he responded with what he would like. Could have been solved 10 minutes prior with communicating. The lady at the register had an attitude.

First got to the store at 7:50pm to find the doors lock, then tried to call and no answer. Took 10mins to get my pizza I ordered, then then told me they closed at 8pm. Then why not tell me that or he at the door to give my pizza. Then the pizza was bad hardly any cheese even though I ordered extra. And double sauce when I ordered light. Will not be back to this location they used to do a great job but the last few times were awful.

this is the worst pizza hut I have ever been to. they have no menus to look at, no qr code. the only menu they have is taped above the garbage can (nasty germs) with blacked out prices and blacked out items. when you order dine Instead of telling you your food is ready they throw in it the warmer, they will however take people who ordered after you their food outside. meanwhile one of their employees can go talk to a table for 7 minutes. then when you question why you weren't told your food was done, they have all sorts excuses instead of owning their mistake. thanks for the cold pizza. worst service, terrible prices, you don't know the cost until you pay. the store could use some cleaning too.

Bad customer service pizza wasn’t done when it was supposed to not a busy night also want a certain sauce on my pizza and they dent inform me they made it wrong tell they handed it to me place is a joke
