This Wendy's has room for improvements. Outside appearance in need of a cleaning and garbage can could use more frequent emptying. The drive-thru is very slow, order-takers are rarely pleasant, and orders are usually handed out without verification or courtesy. This location's burgers are acceptable, but toppings are skimpy. Fries ordered without salt are the best way to get fresh/hot fries.

If you love waiting this is the place for you because you'll be in line for a while. Went to the drive thru with 2 cars in front, waited 10+ minutes and 0 items were handed to the first car. I gave up and left without getting served. Hope the employees enjoyed making food for no one.

Destiny is the MVP! Not only is she super sweet she handled my issue with the app professionally and with kindness. One of the pleasant experiences I’ve had in a long while. She definitely deserves to be recognized!

I live 15 min away from the store. We ordered two meals and two kids meals. We found out when we got home all that was in one kids meals had only fry’s and a toy in it. I called the store and the “manager Anthony” was rude and not understanding. We will disregard that he was the man at the window that gave us our food and was high as hell. He said, “ our bad, if you wanna come back through we can get you the food we missed. Just say you talked to Tommy.” I’m not going to do a 30 min round trip for a couple nuggets. Then we realized after we got off the phone , not only were we missing MY KIDS FOOD, but much more. Our two sandwiches were made horribly with barley anything on them. My sandwich was the wrong one. And the fry’s were cold, tasted horrible and had the consistency of being dipped in water. I hope “Tommy” figures out how to manage a F@&!?/ store. We will never be back and will let everyone know to stay away from this store!

I went there with my mom today for breakfast. We got there at about 10am and the doors were still locked. This happened the last time we came as well. There was a lady in the drive-thru and she was kind enough to ask for us. The person serving her told her that only the drive-thru was open because there weren’t enough people on shift. So we decided to go through the drive-thru. We ordered our food, and when we got up to the window, my mom told the employee that there should be a sign on the door to let people know that the inside is closed. The employee just stared at my mom and didn’t even acknowledge that my mom had spoken no here, so my mom asked her if she cared. The employee’s answer was, “I’m just an employee; not the manager,” so I told her that her manager could easily make a sign for the door, to which she answered, “Well, when you go up to the door, try to open it, and find that it’s locked, that should tell you that we’re closed.” WHAT?! My mom was handing her our money when she said that, so we put our money away, told her to forget it, and drove off. Managers, is this how you train your staff to talk to customers?!

Employees lack professionalism and communication, will make you wait 15+ minutes in the drive thru with no update on the order. Even if the lobby is closed because of staffing issues, try to maintain a good communication with the waiting customer/DD driver? Just a thought.

Lobby closed at 6pm on a Friday.
