They can save the printed coupon for icecream and collect to trade in for scoopie prizes such as a football, soccer ball, plush and many others. Over the past year the service & quality at this store has gone consistently downhill. Not only did I order a full meal, but I was brought out my ice cream and drinks and told to have a nice day, they completely forgot my actual meal. On top of which they forgot all of our condiments, which wouldn’t be a problem but unfortunately we were charged for them so we paid for nothing. To finish it all off I asked for my burger well done, (which I often do when ordering burgers) I can understand it may still comeback slightly pink n I am very tolerable. But if I’m being very honest, the burger looked uncooked for a Culver’s patty in general.

(Miller Park Way in West Milwaukee) Counter people were unfriendly and not paying attention, which is unusual. The soda area was dirty and many tables were not wiped down. When delivered, our order was incorrect. Very disappointing for Culver’s.

The food was just thrown in the bag like it was trash being took out to the can. The burger boxs was open and mixed with everything else in the bag. They charge too damn much money for the food not to be able to be eaten. On of the worse experiences ever at Culver's. Had to go to a different establishment and spend more money on food for my kids to eat. They was busy and never answered the phone at all. Won't go there again for lunch or dinner or any other time they are busy, and if I do I am going to for sure check the bags before I drive off.

Two bites into my burger and I bit something sharp and hard. After spitting into a napkin, it appeared to be a plastic piece from a container.I immediately returned, showed them the plastic and of course they stated, "Hmmm not sure what that is. I don't think we have anything in here with that on it." As we notice a container that clearly has the same piece on it.They remade the burger, but of course the other food we ordered got cold sitting in the car.I wouldn't order a burger from this location again, but the custard is delcious.
