This has gotten to be the worst experience I’ve had. The staff was very disorganized and just talking with each other and cussing at each other instead of attending to the line of customers. I believe I waited for probably more than 10 minutes before I was finally able to place an order, only for the manager to yell from the back “we ain’t taking orders anymore”, as I was placing my order. Mind you I arrived at the location around 9:48pm and the store apparently closed at 11:00pm, and there was one family that had placed an order before me. I don’t usually write reviews at all, but my friends and I really wanted the pizza here, so it was very disappointing.

This place should be shut down immediately! The person that's was taking the orders today with the hat on is one unprofessional disrespectful smart mouth! Her attitude is horrible! We were in there to place and order and her weed smelling self just started snapping out in customers, we left and went over to the one on south chase, and unsurprisingly other people were pulling up too! The place smells like pure weed all the time which is why they make you go through the drive through a lot I'm guessing so they can smoke and be ghetto in peace! Go to south chase!

Ordered online still had to wait an additional 30 mins past the time stated online. Went an ordered from another restaurant and came back they were just finishing. Had no soda couldn’t refund me the money for my soda and said I had to chose between bread or brownies. Not happy I wanted soda why should you keep my money and me have to chose another item I didn’t want.

Zero stars. They like to close an entire two hours earlier than what they are supposed to. We got yelled at by the drive through employee that they are only taking online orders while we saw them make inappropriate videos and hoping over counters. It’s very dirty in there and very unprofessional. Place will soon close down for how unclean and unprofessional it is.

Pizza is cheap, but getting it is the worst. The place is run down and grimy. I wouldn’t really care if you could get in and out with your order, but you always have to wait. The employees smoke weed while working and this last time they locked the front door and made everyone go through the drive through. I’m assuming this was so they didn't have to actually interact with customers and could smoke as much weed as they wanted (I could smell it when they opened the door to tell everyone to go around). I approached the door to ask why we had to go through the drive through and they wouldn’t even open the door to explain. I can put up with a dingy store and apathetic employees to get cheap pizza, but this was ridiculous.

An absolute dumpster fire. Just spend the extra money to go somewhere else.Takes 90 minutes for 1 pizza. Don’t order drinks online because they never have them in store.I feel bad for the staff because they’re clearly trying hard. Who ever manages the store is terrible at their job.

Delivery time was continuously pushed back in 10-20 minute increments resulting in an extra hour. Then the order was BEYOND a little wrong. A Hawaiian pizza, two different brownies, soda, and 2 bread sticks was somehow turned into the (cold) pizza ? NO brownies, and 4 orders of (also cold) breadsticks(all the same basic flavor) and No sauce. Had to call corporate but WAS fully refunded and corporate woman we dealt with was awesome.

Went to some for the guys at work and it said their open at 10-10:30am and I went there about 11:15 or so lap around the drive thru first time sat there no help so lap around to see their open on 43rd Miller parkway and it just seem like they just opened up cause was just being made and I ask the so call manager of a place got rude and snobby with me chewing her gum telling me that she's the manager which the only thing I asked is what kind of piece do they have and if the drive-thru is open and she was really disrespectful and also is it only online order AGAIN really snobby answered to me that can order there.. That used to open when the they said but it seem more like their when they get there and also alot if Uber drivers for deliveries for food and other drivers were there for their food and nobody was helping them So put it this way I guess for my experience now instead of before I will never go there again cause it's very lazy ppl and The atmosphere there is not seems before so either get somebody who could run it or shut it down cause I get any pizza to deliver to the guys at work so like I said I never go there again
