This was our first time visiting, and we will definitely not be back. After placing our order, the female employee complained relentlessly about her job and the customers. My children requested to leave as they were uncomfortable with her yelling and swearing. After a lengthy wait, we finally got our order which was incorrect. We asked to receive the correct items as stated on our receipt, and staff argued with us. They eventually fixed the order. Or, so we thought. When we got to our car, we realized the order was still wrong. Our kids took the incorrect items into the restaurant with the receipt and requested the correct items. Again, the woman argued, initially refusing to correct the problem. This has got to be one of the most bizarre experiences we’ve had at a restaurant and doesn’t reflect well for the Jimmy Johns brand.
