“I give this 5 stars because I enjoy stopping here when we are out riding but I can't figure out the bartender, maybe owner. She never smiles or seems to enjoy the business. I try to chat with her but really don't get much response. I understand people have a bad day here and there,but if you are in retail and your business thrives on riders coming in, you should be more enthusiastic. Let me just say she is not mean by any means and got us what we needed.”

“For a real delight, try their open faced ribeye steak sandwich with sauteed mushrooms and onions. Seasoned, cooked, and served, all to perfection! Definitely going back for more. The wait was well worth it, as our order was probably 3rd or 4th in line. Outstanding! Plus they had the Brewers game on.”

“My partner and I were fortunate enough to stay here for an extended stay and the host was absolutely amazing! The amenities and scenery alone were enough to make us fall in love with the campground but the generosity and hospitality we received really sent it through the roof! It is so quiet and peaceful and really just an amazing place to go to get away from the city noise and just relax in the great outdoors. We will definitely be returning!”

“Excellent service, friendly knowledge staff staff. So much of their food & pies are made in house fresh, as well as their bread! I can’t believe this place isn’t packed everyday seeing how they don’t have a single diner around that can match up ! I’ll definitely bring my family next time. Ps. Best Rubens & pies in 100 square miles !”

“Good food and friendly staff. Clean bar, eating area and restrooms also.Small bowling alley in backto keep you occupied. Nice addition for small town variety. Poker games as well.Area out back for smoking if needed.Would recommend to others as well as will return as needed.”

“We were passing through the area while in town to pick up our new puppy from a local breeder. Funte's did not disappoint as a unique local's spot with the best hamburger have had and I don't know when! Next time I return to Wisconsin I'll be finding my way to Funte's for a great burger and a cold brew! ? Thank you to all the locals who were hanging out in this small but wonderful place and made us feel so welcome!”

“I love that this is open in our area! The steaks and burgers from their own farm are incredible and very reasonably priced. The broasted chicken is also very crispy, tasty, and well seasoned. We usually sit at the bar so the service is good, but I understand that some kinks are still need to be worked out with the waitstaff. All in all, opening a business and getting it running smoothly has growing pains so sit down and enjoy a drink and some good food while they get there.”
