I visited this shop twice over Labor Day Weekend. The first time, the staff was very unfriendly but the ice cream was good so I brushed it off. The second visit was unfortunately tragic and I will not be going back. They were already trying to close up shop (at 9pm), by bleaching the floors so the entire place smelled of bleach. The (yet again) unfriendly staff greeted us and scooped our first order. We asked for a little hot fudge. He handed it to us with fudge dripping down the sides of the cup - such a mess. The worst part - he LICKED his fingers (from all the hot fudge mess) after making the first order before starting our second. WHAT?! Beyond disgusting. Literally licked his fingers. Could they at least wear gloves? Will never go back.

It’s a cute enough place and the service is fine but the ice cream is not good. It’s very bland and kind of disappointing. Two stars for the service and none for the flavors!

Absolutely love the butter pecan ice cream. First time ever going there and I'm going to go back before they close for the summer and get a big thing of the butter pecan ice cream. Everybody else is ice cream was really good too but mine was better of course cuz it was the butter pecan ice cream lol

The staff was friendly however the inside of the building smells terrible like cigarette smoke and mildew. The ice cream was not very flavorful. Didn't like the blue moon or the lemon but my youngest enjoyed the Superman flavor.

Seemed to have a solid selection of flavors. Staff didn't seem to want to be there. And, they didn't have an egg-free vanilla, so we had to go somewhere else. If you want good ice cream and service, go to the Frosty Moose across the street.

This place has terrific ice cream, many types of cones. There's even an area where you can slurp your cone and sit in colorful Adirondack chairs. You can easily walk to Williams Bay Beach.Very busy in summer months. Friendly staff. Large servings. Reasonable prices.
Meant to go to the Frosty Moose, but ended up here. Happy accident though — amazing ice cream and environment. Great selection of flavors (including non-chocolate ones) and plenty of seating inside and out. Friendly staff. I got their lemon cheesecake and praline flavors and they were delicious.
