Came in today with a group of 10. Heard great things about this place coming in. Waiter approached us only for appetizers, meal, boxes, and check. No conversation, nothing else. Clearly was disinterested. Meal took around 45 minutes to come out, came out cold for multiple guests. Many of my friends were complaining about their burgers being overcooked and tasting the burnt meat. Peoples noodles including mine were cold. Nice scene but the service and food was a complete let down. Lake Geneva is being let down by a restaurant like this; completely disappointed.

Our first time visiting and on a cool, overcast, and off season day, but we were still able to sit on the heated outdoor patio and take in the lake view. The staff was extremely pleasant, the food was pretty good, and the drinks were belly warming! Id love to come back and experience this place in the height of summer season, I'm betting it's a real hoot!Parking: Parking is a bit strange here honestly. We arrive off season and could park pretty much out front of the pier side entrance, but there are only like 2 spots out there generally and we just got lucky. When we asked the wait staff we were told that in season there is a shuttle service that transfers diners back and forth between a remote parking lot and the restaurant. They also offer valet. I'm sure it works for them, but how much traffic do I miss by not having readily available parking for the uninformed passer-by?Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and some seating was easily accessible, but there were raised platform areas and unique urinal configurations in the men's bathroom that might made it challenging.

I really love this place! The lake views are spectacular. The food is delicious. Cheese curds are a must, after all you are in WI. Be ready to drop a little $$ at dinner time. The meals are $20- 40 range.

When we asked for a kids menu for our 13 year old who had stomach issues our waitress was completely ignorant and continued to be throughout our visitWe ended up getting soft drinks an appetizers because of her attitude when we easily would have spent $150+

Decent food, although unfortunately both our crab cakes and the tuna tartare lacked a kick of flavor. Loved the view and the half off bottle of wine. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

I have been a regular customer for 15 years. My husband and I love everything about this restaurant's atmosphere, food and service. I grew up in VA eating crab cakes, and I look forward to the gluten free crab cakes at Peri 290. We had the new recipe on Saturday, and I have to let upper management know mustard is not a good compliment to crab, and the aioli which used to be served was 100 times better and much more complimentary. Please bring back the former dish! Thank you, Holly

The location and place is nice. The serves were also very friendly, but the food was quite a disappointment and also expensive. I had the Mediterranean bowl, which sounded quite good, but it just tasted bad and the crispy tofu was squishy and gross. I think they might have good food options, but don't go for the bowl.

Had dinner in the igloos! They were made of a hard shell plastic, so it kept the wind out well and the heat in! Stroganoff was amazing!!
