Heard great things so figured we would try for our first time this weekend on the way up to the cabin. Will say the scallops my other half got were some of the best we have had… anywhere. I got a tenderloin with shrimp. Tenderloin was cooked correctly (medium rare) but was legit the toughest worst cut of meat I’ve had at a supper club/restaurant. Everything else was very good. Drinks good etc. We did have to sit and wait at the bar for an hour to get a table for two. I did tell the waitress that everything was delightful but the steak was literally not edible…. Almost like it was just a gristled end of a tenderloin or maybe a sirloin… not really sure and she just didn’t say much and gave us the bill. Guess moral of the story if we have extra time and want really good scallops or shrimp we would go again, sadly being a steak guy I would never order one again with that experience . Hope this helps in the future! Had the waitress gotten me an actual tenderloin or better steak that I could cut with a knife and enjoy or taken it off the bill probably would have gave a 4.5-5 star review.

I chose the Kansas Strip steak with a twice baked potato. It's a bone in steak with New York strip and a bit of tenderloin. It was absolutely delicious! Great flavor, prepared to medium perfectly. Before your meal is delivered, you start out with a nice mixed greens salad and choice of soup which French onion is included with those choices!! I'm looking forward to my next visit there with my boyfriend and our friends. Oh yeah, their old fashioned's are quite tasty as well!

Some of our orders were not cooked thoroughly. We expect better at these prices. The bar opens at 4 and the dining room at 4:30 but we, being first there, didn't get our orders taken until close to 5. Others were seated before us but nobody was taken at 4:30. It had been a long time since I had eaten here and it will probably be a long time again.

Place was packed on Saturday night 6pm! Waited two hours to be seated. The food was salty. The French onion, the prime rib and pork chops we ordered was very salty. Not worth the price for an average to terrible meal. Need a lot of wine, water and beer the wash the food down. Go to another supper club.

Not handicap accessible at all, was not comfortable sitting at one of the higher tables in the bar area. Disappointed in the steak, tenderloin for too. It was tough or I needed a sharper knight. Our server was the best part of the whole meal, Mary Jane was wonderful. Next time we go out, looks like Black Otter in Hortonville.Wheelchair accessibility: Had to us my walker, so tight around the bar, my wheelchair would never made it through to the dinning room.
