I remember why we stopped going to Applebees years ago. Especially this one. My daughter and I only stopped because a particular dish was suggested to me and I wanted to try it. The minute we sat down, I knew it was a mistake. No server came to greet us and take at least drink orders. I had to have the hostess get a server. When he finally came, he seemed like he didn’t want to be there. No apologies for the wait. Took our order without writing it down. Then came back within a minute to verify my daughter’s order because he already forgot it. The food was decent but nothing to rave about. Never came back and checked on us until he could see we were finished. Then just asked if we wanted boxes. Didn’t bring the check for a good 5+ minutes after that. It wasn’t even busy for the server to have an excuse to not come by quicker. This place is horrible when it comes to service. This was the main reason we stopped coming here and we won’t be back. Not even for a to-go order.

Terrible refund service, I went to bring food as always, they take too long to serve you and the bartender (Luis c) very reluctantly attended and asked for my order, he prepared it himself and I didn't get my burger, he only gave me 2 orders of the 3 I ordered I was always missing things, terrible service and now I have to wait because the supposed manager cannot make a refund

OMG...talk about horrible service, we must have been our servers very first customers in life. He brought the water and drinks to the table pretty quick and said your coffee is brewing it will be 2-3 min. He brought out appetizer, we're had to send back not cooked n cold, about 20 min he brought me coffee n our mozz sticks. 45 min later we had to ask manager we is our food n another 10 min and they were coming with food. Food was good but slightly cold.Ruff experience!!!

First time coming to a place where the service was absolutely terrible, for it to he my birthday this was the worst experience ever. The Waitress was literally not listening to anything we were saying, she brought out the wrong drinks, wrong food and so on, her attitude was absolutely terrible and my salmon was dry as a desert. This post really doesn't deserve any stars that's how bad the service was. My birthday was ruined? so thank you for that. I could say so much more but that wouldn't be nice so I'll leave it at that DO BETTER ???

1st, I ordered the cheese bites. My wife ordered the oriental chicken salad. I ordered a Heineken N.A. The waiter, Shane, brought the non alcoholic beer with his thumb resting on top of the opened bottle! Discusting! After waiting for our food, the waiter came to our table to inform me they didn't have cheese bites, so I ordered the chicken wonton tacos. We waited, and then they brought our food, except my wife's salad was the wrong order and not the oriental chicken version she had requested. Our waiter was training a new hire; it's not a good way to start.

Sat down, took 30 mins before we started to get our drinks. Didn't get all of them. Then, food order & drink order was wrong or missing. Waiter went missing for awhile. Had to ask another waiter for help. When talking to the manager on staff about the issues, he pushed them onto the GM. Who wouldn't be in until 3 days later when we weren't in town anymore. Mind you we were on vacation and celebrating a friend's birthday this day and ended up just not having it. Will NOT be back to this location.

The service was bad are steaks were not how we asked. We got our food before the kids got their food the excuse was someone else grab theirs out of window on the waiter everyone was done eating and then he only brought one kid meal out and thought he gave us the other one which he didn't we just asked for refund on that one because at this point we were ready to leave. This was a very upsetting experience.

Me and my family went here for a dinner. We stopped in and got a table, and then proceeded to get our drinks, our waiter took the average time for getting them, but then we ordered and it was extremely slow.. so our waiter told us it would take about 15-20 minutes for food. We got simple things so it was not hard to make. We ordered around 6:15ish, and didn’t get our food, nor see our waiter until 7:05. We asked for a manager in between these times to then just get told “i’m sorry, i will talk to him and see if your food is ready”. Our food didn’t come out for another 5-10 minutes. The waiter said “i’ve got other tables to take care of so i am sorry”… even though we didn’t see him for almost 45 minutes? We let it go, and ate our food. We then asked for the bill, he got that immediately, then we said just to give us a minute or two to look everything over. We were sitting there for another 10 minutes, and once again.. we didn’t see him at all. We had asked another waiter to grab our card and cash out. He ended up handing it off to our waiter, to then wait another 5 minutes for him to come back with our card. There was AT MOST 9 tables sat.. and about 5 wait-staff. This location is a horrible location and takes forever to even get served. Erik was our waiter and he was absolutely terrible at being a waiter. He didn’t care at all that he made us wait almost an hour for food, and was making excuses, and didn’t apologize once. I regret coming here, and will never come here again.
I’ve never left a review before but the staff was genuinely so friendly I felt obligated to. Super clean restaurant and good food as well, zero complaints. I never have good experiences at the Applebee’s locations back in western Wisconsin so I was pleasantly surprised

The food was good but nothing to write home about. Did not have any marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. It was a slow evening and food took a very long time to get out to us. Wait staff was very polite, it was also nice to see the manager going around to all the tables to say hi and check in on how things were going. Very professional.

We went with a group on Sunday at 4:30 and almost no one was there. They sent only one server to take 18 people’s orders. We never received waters or anything to drink for over 30 minutes but instead started getting appetizers and salads before the drinks even arrived. I asked the bartender if we could get waters and she refused and said she would let our server know. Food started coming out before drinks came out. Their tap beer was not available so instead of getting a tall, cold tap beer for their $4 happy hour special, I instead received a $5 warm bottle of Miller Lite. My daughter got an oreo shake that had sat out so long the whipped cream had melted into the shake and it wasn’t all that cold anymore.We ordered a burger and fries as well as two pasta dinners. My dinner was supposed to be a glazed chicken over pasta and instead it was dried out chicken strips with almost no glaze. $60 for three of us and to get a refill of water and soda we had to go up to the bar and get it ourselves. I left a $10 tip still but felt ripped off because we never received any service the whole time other than getting our bill at the end of the meal. The whole time we were there I kept looking over at Culver’s wondering why we didn’t just go there.
