Placed order. After waiting for an hour called again. Was told there were no drivers to deliver. I paid delivery fee and tip for driver. We finally had to go get. No credit or apology.

This is a great option instead of getting Hotel Pizza it's way better and a lot cheaper.
The past 2 times we've ordered for the office, parts of the order are quite over cooked. Burned around the edges. The toppings on the pizza were skimpy, if you're going to charge me extra for my olives, then you should put a fair amount on the pizza. Also, why doesn't this store have any parmesan cheese?? The wings were not very crispy, kind of fell flat. We frequently ordered from the previous location here in Lake Delton. The new location has some kinks to work out before summer season hits. Also get better at greeting people when they walk in the door. Put on that customer service smile and be thankful that the customer is choosing to spend their food dollar at your place of work.
Ordered at 5pm, it said it would be ready in 33 mins, we get there at 545 and the order wasnt even started. The boxes arent even put together right. Pizzas look terrible. Half the order was sitting for 30 mins and cold. Go anywhere but
