This is one kfc you can always rely on to be out of some sort of main item, who ever does the ordering needs to be fired and replaced with a primate either popcorn chicken or mashed potatoes or even chicken. it’s to the point I will never come back to this terrible excuse for a fast food establishment. They also say it’s per policy to stop cooking and fresh food 45 min before close!!!

Can't order online for delivery. I live in the Dells and when I use the website to start an order it takes me to their "delivery order" page which says "about:blank" and nothing loads. Drive through service is SUPER slow even if you manage to order ahead for pick up. Orders are always wrong which seems to be just on par with every fast food restaurant in the Dells area. Dining room still isn't open and they never open on time.Kid-friendliness: I have 1 kid that doesn't eat meat or vegetables due to Autism and oral sensory issues and she likes their Mac & cheese. I buy a large and it's good size for her (11 years old). But for younger children would be a good size for a couple of them to share.

Best kfc I’ve ever been to. I believe short staffed which is hard to control but the food was fresh and hot and that’s all that we needed!

Guy working was friendly. But something’s changed with KFC’s product. The strips are not KFC normal strips anymore. They seem like substitute frozen bar strips. Not sure why they stopped making their own strips here. Not $30 strips thats for sure.

Popcorn chicken and a famous bowl! Its KFC what can i say. As far as KFC is concerned the best one ive been too. Overpriced in my opinion but with Bidens inflation reduction act, what do you expect! Pay more for less! The democrat way!

Good tasty chicken with gravy and coleslaw. The lobby was closed so we ate outside on the patio. Beautiful downtown Wisconsin Dells.

Waited ten minutes in line then got to counter and told the guy I want a 8 piece bucket he then asked you here for pick up told him no I wanted a 8 piece bucket. Then he just walked in the back and started cleaning. Waited ten minutes he never came back. Walked out hungry.

Eaten here a few times with no problems and good food. Today lobby closed, seen their sign, lobby open. until u get to the door and lobby closed . Short staff. Ok we'll use the drive through. But no menu in the drive thru. Said it was on the others side of the building. In todays time this BS over labor shortage is getting old. Its a shame when you lose the consideration of the customer. I'm in full agreement in paying your people right. Thats what keeps you in business. Happy workers make happy customers !

9:00 p.m. an hour before close they're not willing to make any more tenders the gal at the register said they were out but the guy running orders shook his head and showing that they had tender still but they just weren't willing to make them on top of which they locked the outside door 5 minutes before the Lobby is closed. Staff was pretty rude for a tourist area I guess that's okay because you probably won't see those customers again the problem is we come up here a lot and they won't see our business again and the trash is full

The menu kiosk was in the parking lot of the place next door which I couldn't find and when I went through the drive-thru they couldn't take my order I was blocked in for 10 minutes for someone waiting for their food had to go around and then decided to go somewhere else
