A cross between hospital and elementary school food ,But 5 Michelin star prices. Sorry to be a Karen but this was awful , My kids mac n cheese tasted awful like rubber the Gluten free pizza at $22 Tasted like cardboard sauce had way too much sugar. For the price of the resort I expected better service and palatable food... I could have had a better meal at Kwik Trip.

Perfectly acceptable lunch meal at a resort. 2 adults and 3 kids ate for less than $70. Food was good and portion size was plenty. Service was attentive and had no complaints at all. Will eat here again during our stay for sure.

Do not recommend. The food was not good and definitely overpriced. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich which was very rubbery. It was also $18. The fries were cold. We asked the waiter for hot fries and he took care of it right away. He was very pleasant. We had a party of 7 and were seated right away on a Friday night. The train for the kids entertainment wasn't running. Unsure if it was broken or what the issue was.

my family stayed at the resort and ate dinner at killboun city grill. My husband got a Swiss mushroom burger. it was served almost raw… not pink but red. He took two bites before he realized. It was returned. The server stated that we were the Sedona table to receive food not cooked. that nite my husband became extremely sick… we informed the restaurant… spoke to managers kept getting told we would get a call from another manager. One week later we haven’t heard from anyone. We will not be eating at this restaurant again. They served a raw hamburger and knew someone got sick from the food and they didn’t have the decency to return a phone call or discuss the matter.

I wouldn't waste my time here you sure don't get much food for what they charge. I ordered the ultimate club sandwich the bun it was on was the size of a hotdog bun . Their French fries look like frozen krinkle fries . I wouldn't bring my dog there to eat.If I could rate it as a ZERO I would have.
We were on the fence about eating dinner here because of the negative reviews, but I'm really glad we gave them a try! Great pizza! All fresh toppings! We did not try other menu items, but all the food on the other tables looked good as well.

Don't come here for convenience. Just drive 7 mins to Jose Mexican restaurant for better food and drinks and way cheaper. This place has a 10oz steak for 37.99 like come on now. Wisconsin downtown has better places. This place is overpriced and the food is airport food. Poorly made.

Something seems off about this place. Food is extremely poorly prepared. Looks and taste like things from the freezer. Please, I'll advise you to spend your money elsewhere in the Dells for dining, even go to a fast-food if you can.Even the kids menu, something as simple as Mac and cheese, extremely dry. Everything looks unappetizing.
