this morning was busy... I placed an order thru the app, but got an error for the app after I submitted my order, even tho the charge went thru. the guy behind the counter (the ONLY person working behind the counter) was helpful and kind... issue was handled, order was placed and I'm happy... wish I got the guy's name, but again, he was the only one behind the counter (fri., 3/29 @ about 10:15am) thanks!

From the outside, it looks like it’s gonna be a really good McDonald’s but once you get inside it’s a whole other story. We tried the arcade and it robbed us because none of the games even worked. After we put all our money in the machines and nothing worked we saw a sign that said play at your own risk, so they obviously know nothing works in there so they should just shut down the arcade. The garbage cans were over flowing and it was just gross inside/dirty. We waited forever for our food and it wasn’t even busy inside. The fries were gross and not even fresh it was disappointing all around. We should’ve learned our lesson the first time going there but my daughter wanted a happy meal the next day so we decided to do the drive thru real quick. Well it was not quick at all we waited in the line for about 30 mins and there were only 2 cars in front of us. We got the happy meal and there was no toy inside so we tried to go in real quick to get her toy and the door was locked!! The line for the drive thru was a mile long at this point so we had to give up on getting her toy. They didn’t even give a receipt when they gave me my change. my daughter asked for extra fries instead of apple slices and when she looked there was not even a extra fry or apple slices she was super disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. The food was so gross and soggy I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog. Worst McDonald’s ever.

Some of the staff are incredibly rude and combative. I found an ice tea dispenser with the cover off and trash and other garbage not picked up. The place looked like a sty. A lot of times orders are screwed up. When they are, staff is indifferent to their mistakes. I've listened to many customers openly complain of the poor service. They really need to clean up their act.
The building itself is beautiful inside and out, but the upkeep, service, and cleanliness are terrible. When we first came in, all 8 self service kiosk were down. We stood at the counter for 4 minutes before any of the 5 workers standing around in the back came to help. All the trash cans were over flowing, and the drink area was full of garbage and sticky. The fries were under cooked and over salted. I do not recommend this location.

The kiosks said to pay at the kiosk. We were paying cash. One worker told us to use the kiosk and didn't let us order at the counter. We had to figure out how to make the kiosk give us a receipt to pay cash. Pretty mediocre experience. Food was alright.
