Meh. Friendly service, but the food seems to have taken a step backwards. I don't know if it's because the Dells has high traffic, and they need to pump out a lot of food fast. I ordered the new Chicken Parmesan, and it was no better than a microwave meal. What's worse, it LOOKED like a microwave meal too; served in an aluminum pan.

I had stopped going here because of the cleanliness of the restaurant but the food was good. Cleanliness now is medium but the food is also now medium. The only reason I would ever go here is because I was with other people who want to go. It's too bad because the potential is there for this to be good. I think higher management needs to change. I'll wait a year or so and try it again.Vegetarian options: I do very much appreciate the vegetarian options.

The girl that took m my order was so sweet! She was helpful and friendly. She even brought my to go food over to me while I was filling my drinks. The food was delicious as always!
First time ever to a Noodles and Company, the staff was super friendly and fast. I had the Penne Rosa, a baguette and the huge door stop wedge of Rice krispie treat. I couldn't finish it all in one sitting but everything that I ate was excellent. Even reheated later that evening for dinner still held a very good flavor.

Was looking for a good ramen/pho substitute since they offered Asian-style noodles. For the flavor and texture, you'd be better off just getting those microwaveable Udon bowls you find down the Asian aisle in the grocery stores. It's not worth the money at all.
