I came in about 5 minutes ago and the only thing I asked for was a churro. The guy working hands it to me and I realize he didn’t put cinnamon sugar on it so I ask him to and he put salt?? Like I’m so confused all I wanted was a churro?

Our sandwiches were made my Justina and Kyle. 6 sandwiches. They made them well, presentation was great. Friendly. Clean place. Amazing.

I went in for 3 subs and only came out with one. I was about two order the other two subs and the girl behind the counter started to take the order of person that was behind me. Defiantly will not be going back to this subway

Place is so dirty!! Table's are dirty and delaminating. Floors, walls, and windows are disgusting. Felt grossed out and uncomfortable sitting down. This place is falling apart. Hopefully things get worked out soon. It's embarrassing enough! Be thankful I didn't add any pictures.

If I can give zero stars I would subway check your employees.I was very disappointed coming from Chicago. I walked in and saw a guy and a girl working there they were standing by the chips arguing. They saw me walk in and the girl went straight to the bathroom and the guy helped me out. Mind you he was clearly fixing/ ordering chips something like that. I saw him walk over and wash his hands with only water and put on gloves. He was taking his sweet time and mind you nobody's said hello to me and the place was empty. I walked in with a smile. I told him can I get a cheese pizza it was for my son who was in the car with my husband. He said a what with a nasty attitude and I said a cheese pizza please. He said ok at this moment while he is getting my cheese pizza ready a couple walks in with a newborn and they approach the counter and they guy says hello. I'm like wow they are white and I Hispanic so right away I'm like wow it's like that. They lady said her order he clearly didn't know what she was saying and said a number 7 she said yea and he said ok I'm sorry. But see how he says sorry to her and not me but gave me a nasty attitude. At this moment the other worker the girl comes out the bathroom. The guy is yelling at the girl that there is no guacamole and she yelling back at him. He seemed overwhelmed which he only made my pizza and was starting her sandwich. As soon as my pizza is ready he checks me out so he wouldn't take off his glove he checked me out using his elbow and he couldn't even get my bag open to put my pizza in the bag and even asked me to help. I nicely grabbed the bag and said it was ok I'll bag it myself I was just ready to get out of there. Bad service/ but I would never come here again

I saw the other review on here and thought there's no way. But they weren't kidding, one of the guys here is completely clueless on what he's doin and doesn't say a word unless he has to, he'll sit there are stare at you until you say somethin else to him. The other people here were very nice besides that though. Another thing, there were no chips, there were 5 different kinds and maybe a couple of each. Very little selection. Go to a different subway if you're craving it like I was.

Service today was by far the best service we have had in a long time from anywhere! These 2 went above and beyond to make sure we knew our options and understood them as we tried something new today. We sat in and ate because we needed to pick some things up at Walmart afterwards and their happy, friendly service continued throughout the steady stream of people they served!You never know how you may impact someone’s life, but I guarantee these two have made several people smile today! Nice job guys! (Lake Delton Subway inside Walmart)
