Honestly, with how busy it was when we came it, they got through all of us with efficiency and accuracy. They all knew what they were doing and how to handle each sub order. Will definitely come back here for future Wis Dells visits.

The American guys usually make my sandwich good, and they are very respectful even if I don’t leave tips they will make sure everything is fresh , but today these guys added soo much sauce to my sandwich it was literally like a soup , and I think they did it on purpose just cause I didn’t leave a tip I guess. Nobody said tips are mandatory

Way to go losing my business here. An employee was rude and dismissive to me at this location. He brusquely called "next!" and when I said I was there to pick up a mobile order he said "name!" and I said "Beck, or Colton". He responded that I did not have an order there and asked about the location where the order was placed. Eventually it was straightened out that I did have an order there after all. When handing me the sandwich, the employee went out of his way to tell me that I had not said what I had said. Even if that were true, he didn't have to say anything at all. His communication was not in line with the first rule of customer service: the customer is always right. My experience was similar to that of Jennifer Greenough below.

Was okay until I got to the soda machine. Put ice in my drink, fine. Started pouring myself some mellow yellow and looked in my cup and there were ALIVE fruit flies floating in my drink.

Honestly, I've never in my whole life had service so good from Sandwich shop employees. And this was from one person, working alone, when we came in waaaay too close to closing time . Under the best circumstances, I can hope NOT to be treated like a massive inconvenience when treating myself to an overpriced and disappointing assortment of limp vegetables on dry bread. I never expect to be treated... Warmly? I was shook. Shook, I say! Plus, the whole 12 inches of Iceberg Lettuce & Friends was oddly satisfying.
