Here it is, my first bad review. Might as well call me Karen. But for real... My boss, my co-worker and I place our orders online for lunch normally and we have been dealing with the issue of there being little to no veggies on our sandwiches. Well this last time we ordered was just too much... We ordered a few sandwiches and some drinks and when we picked up our food the cups for our drinks weren't on the shelf by the food, so we politely mentioned that we got drinks with our order and we got the response "you gotta get them yourself" which we knew that... but we would still need cups to do that...Then when we got back to work to eat, we noticed that the flatbread I ordered wasn't toasted. Which, working at Subway long ago I know they are supposed to be toasted. I didn't specify that I wanted it toasted online so okay, whatever... I will take the three shreds of lettuce and two black olives off and heat it up myself. Well I go to do that, and there is a long hair in my sandwich. So that just ruined the whole thing for me obviously. The presentation of the sandwiches lately is just terrible, the amount of vegetables is so so sad, and now bad hygiene and just plain disrespect? Something has to change. Definitely wont be back until it does.

Very nice Subway. The Sandwich ARTIST was quick and friendly and everything looked really fresh which I can't say for alot of Subways we've been to.

The lady manager there that works there is a crazy NUT case! Do not and I mean DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUBWAY. They will rip you off and they will say “I GUESS I CAN MAKE YOU A NEW SUB” with a horrible attitude! Lady clearly has an attitude problem and likes to to take on the customer! I spent $50 there and only got $18 and I wasn’t able to count my money before I left cuz I was so heated the way she was talking to me. I’ve been there many times and this is the first time I’ve ever had issues with the lady! She clearly needs to be fired or find a different job… she’s taking her anger out on customers for no reason! Do not buy from this location. They will mess it up and they will give you an issue for fixing it

Ordered a Subway club sandwich with peppers, onions, lettuce and pickles. I received a Subway club with tomato and mayo. I will never come back to this store.

Horrible. They’ve taken my money TWICE. Sat there for 30 minutes before they told me they couldn’t make my online order then proceeded to say they can’t refund it either. Don’t waste your time. Go to the expressway.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for my sub. Nobody came to the window (1152am-1222pm) I called the store and nobody answered. When I was about to leave, someone finally came to the window. Looked like she'd been crying, she Apologized for the wait and told me she was there by herself. Shame on you Subway, you need better scheduling. Stop worrying about labor and worry about customer satisfaction. Plus that is not safe to leave an employee alone. What if something where to happen. Shame on you subway. Eat the rich, arm the poor.

This Subway appears to be under new management and big changes. Very pleased with the changes made already. Definitely worth stopping in for a quick bite!

I've been going to this subway for over 5 years now. It's always been my favorite one in town for it's food quality, service, and convenience of this location. But 3 of the past four times I've been there they haven't had available my favorite and basically only sub I ever get, pizza sub. I don't know why but it seems like the marinara sauce is almost never available anymore. For most people this won't matter, five stars, but if you want a pizza sub or a meatball sub find a different subway.

They only got one star because I had to give it in order to do the review ok so I had placed a order for a sub an a pizza the first time was still cold cheese was melted but everything else was cold called back they said they would let the manager know well they didn’t when I spoke to the manager she said well she didn’t hear about it an refused a refund or to remake the food ok so I ordered again a couple weeks later got 3 subs two was made wrong called them right away refused to remake because had to have manager approval an she wouldn’t be there until Monday lol so I walked down to the subway put the sub on the counter with the receipt the man I had been speaking too that was so rude hung up on me multiple times said he was 52 lol he looks about 30 something acted like he wasn’t going to replace the sandwich again I told him I was calling the law the other lady said she made the sandwich an messed it up they talked it over an decided to remake the sandwich I was recording the interaction with them which I have put on subways main page sadly the manager hasn’t called me back the excuse I got well she is only 23 years old how is that my fault? I feel like they are just taking money an don’t care period I will do what I need to make sure subway Corp knows that’s why the video! This place should not bare the subway name! The manager needs replaced since she don’t care about her job! The 2 employees need to be fired an ban from ever coming back to subway! Period they are not right maybe on drugs because of the actions where excessive slow! Still no call from anyone crazy huh

Food and prep was put away before 6pm and at 5:45 started locking doors and told two walk in customers they were closed for the night. Two more customers walked up at 5:50pm and couldn’t get serviced because door was already closed

Employees can’t make a sandwich with the correct ingredients ordered. When calling to talk to someone about the error, I got hung up on. No one even said “hello”. They picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I assume that’s because I called 15 minutes before close. Apparently it’s too much work to do a job that requires basic motor skills and a minimal mental capacity. Either this Subway is hiring handicapped monkeys or they hired the laziest possible teenagers/young adults and paid them $12/hour. Pathetic excuse for a “restaurant”.
