When entering to eat with my fsmily on a Friday night, I found the interior seating area very dirty and unkept. We ordered our food and several things were wrong, so when trying to correct them, half of the corrections wwre also wrong. We were told to leave our leftover taco packets on the table when we left...probably to reuse for other customers. There were 4 employees working(only one with any type of uniform...baseball caps, jeans and t-shirts). All four went out side at various times to smoke outside the front door...at one time 3 were out front at the same time. This smoking took place during our entire visit. Not a very good experience.
Worst taco bell food ever! CINNATWIST tasted old and not fresh. To lazy to make nachos so they just threw a bag of chips in. Waste of money, ended up throwing away my order.

Way to expensive $21.00 for 12 tacos that you could not find the meat on never again will we order from taco bell or eat there. Could have went to a sit down restaurant and had better food for the same cost.

I want to understand why the place has over nine people in back and only a few actually working. The others are just standing around like they have no clue what to do. Here’s a tip when it’s not busy inside or drive through, send them wipe down the tables and chairs and sweep the floor and clean up the huge mess by the fountain machine. The manager of this place should take pride in this place and want his/her worker to work and show them, stand beside them and guide them. It was hard to find a clean table to sit down. If you took more time in the cleaning efforts people would come here more often. If you had workers that greeted people upon arrival that would make a difference as well. Seeing as it’s not busy today inside or outside and it took almost 18 mins for two chicken tacos and two chalupas ?♀️ and to open them with hardly any meat and it’s cold as hell. I would be ashamed. The food was hard and cold and I told the manager and she said her temps are good then why is the food cold wet soggy and Chalupa’s were hard. She didn’t care for that a complaint was made and did nothing to fix the food or problem. Never again will I come back because this place is a big joke. I will be reaching out to corporate about this place

Pretty good food overall. Sometimes, they put less of the ingredients in than before, but it's an ok Taco Bell here. The drive-through is also usually fast. My toilet didn't need to be replaced, so that's positive.
Ordered at the drive through window. They asked us to wait in a parking spot for our food….that’s fine….except we waited over 20 mins along with 7 other cars also waiting. Aldo absolutely no customers inside.. what is going on? No one said thank you for waiting or sorry for the wait…nothing. I get places are short staffed but give a warning when we pull up to the window that there is a wait…or at least say something after the wait. Absolutely horrible customer service. Alsothe food was cold…why?

It took 3 people to take my order because one didn't know how to use the computer, and one didn't know they served Mac n cheese as a side. This is my third time at this location, and all three times, they left items off of our order despite charging extra for them. They do not pay attention to detail here, nor do they care about the customer. The food we did get was good though.
these guys suck they always get your food wrong and they don’t deliver like all the other taco bell’s and the people inside are rude and the hours on the doors are wrong or they just close an hour

We pulled up the menu had no lights and was missing a panel. When we get to the window there is 4 people standing there talking to someone on the phone… and when we got our food it was basically just tortilla.. would definitely not recommend.
