The food is always hot and very tasty, the servers have always been friendly and helpfulParking: They have a decent sized lot on two of the sides of the restaurant as well as the Wally world lot since they are next door.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome here anytime, as long as they behave!!!“

“I have enjoyed Misty's Menu over the years and wanted to try it after the ownership changed hands. Let me tell you, everything is just as excellent as it was- the food, the service, (is actually even better now!), and it is always clean and inviting. I have enjoyed it 4 times now in the last 4 months. The pancakes pictured here are my sons- they are dinner plate sized and perfect! I love the country fried steak skillet! A layered skillet of country fried steak, hash browns, mushrooms, peppers, onions and sausage gravy and comes with their delicious home-made bread! Their sausage links are the best I've had since I was a kid. Service has been excellent every time, and I've had different waitresses- all attentive and polite. They check on your repeatedly to make sure all is well. I went once with my elderly parents and the waitress was so wonderful with them. Very nice people! Portions are huge! Have had to get a go box every time. So thankful to have a 5 star cafe so close to Nekoosa and Wisconsin Rapids!Parking: Easy to get in and out“

“I’m in town for some speaking engagements and I stopped here for breakfast. I had their Gyro breakfast platter, and it came with a side of toast, and I also had the coffee. I was seated quickly, the service was great, and the food was decent and plentiful. The prices were reasonable. This was a good choice.“

“Some of my favorite places to go out to eat are the old ones, the places that have been around forever have the best food. I don't like it when they change just for the sake of change! This is the first time I've been here and I wasn't expressed, I know a lot of people love this place, just not me. “Really a five star family restaurant. Very reminiscent of a Pennsylvania diner. A large selection and breakfast all day. We had five adults and a baby and all meals were enjoyed. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We're new to the area and will make this a regular stop.“

“There is a lot to like about this place - friendly service, great atmosphere, well prepared cocktails and meat items.However, there are few negatives I hope they’d consider changing - 1) given that everyone is asked to order while sitting at the bar (which is great in a way that is so Wisconsin), cash-only at the bar area is quite puzzling. In fact, if it wasn’t cash-only I would’ve ordered more drinks for my party; 2) salad bar could use few more fresh items without mayo. The menu indicates salad bar as a standalone item would be $15. My bet is that every item on the bar can be bought for $15. 3) seafood items from shrimps to scallops were simply awful especially at that price point. Two people at our table did not finish their shrimps at the end of the meal and only ate their steaks.I really want to like this place. But at near $100 per person with cocktails, it is difficult to justify the cost given the quality issues.“

“Nice quick tasty inexpensive lunch. I was seated immediately and the server was attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. I didn't have the lunch buffet but it had a nice selection for a good price. I was more in the mood for a vegetarian option and chose the Braised Tofu with mixed vegetables in the house brown sauce combination lunch, which was very good. The tofu was just the right texture and combined with the sauce and vegetables were well. I had fried rice with my meal, which was fine, if a little cool and lacking in the expected egg, veg tidbits which was a bit off. Two Crab Rangoon came with as well. I had a nice hot tea.I usually have gotten family meals delivered which have been great but haven't eaten in for lunch in quite a while.I will come back.Vegetarian options: The selection was somewhat limited, but I did have choices and suspect that I could have asked for other menu items to be prepared without meat or substituting tofu.Parking: There are many on street parking spots nearby, as well as some parking in the rear lot.“

“Today I ordered the beef hibachi and would NOT recommend it. Beef almost flavorless and definitely old. Ugh. I had to spice it all up myself and stick it in my airfryer for any flavor. So disappointing. The spicy crab rangoon is delicious, though.“
