This is the legendary hole in the wall gas station chicken places you used to see more often. Despite it being a chain, it is a small one. At this particular location they had arcade games inside with plenty of seating, A&W, and a regular gas station all in one building.I ordered the super chicken, and a regular chicken bites meal with fries.Simply fantastic, and everything being restaurant fare, it's definitely priced better than fast food but was very fast with order times. Not stingy about the portions, they also have a self serve station like a fast food establishment.I highly recommend coming here if your a fan of KFC.Kid-friendliness: Arcad games, diy drinks, close to a restroom.

Tried to use the ATM to withdraw money with my debit card. It was not approved yet 5 minutes down the road I had a fraud notice from my credit union and they blocked my account. A second request was made while on the phone with my bank fraud people. My uncle tried after me and had the same result.

Stopped for take out on our way traveling home. When the charge showed up on our bank acct half hr after leaving we realized we'd been overcharged by quite a bit. They also didn't give a receipt. When we called to find out why the charge was so high and go over the order they told us 6 items were 4x the price listed on both their current in-store menu and online. Absolutely ridiculous. The food was ok but not for those prices. Unfortunately my husband is trusting and just gave the card and didn't pay attention to the total, then assumed the receipt was in the bag. At least change your menu prices if you're going to raise them so people know how much they're actually spending!

Chicken is good but a 20 piece bucket is $48.00 and KFC is $38.00. Being a tad under 25% more is quite greedy. Maybe they would get more volume if they lowered their price a bit. The price was enough for me to turn around and walk out the door without buying anything.

One of the best places around to get chicken! Always a good selection and decent pricing

We had just finished a disappointing repast at A&W and were sitting in our car, taking a moment, and pondering our lunch choice. For an A&W, the Cache Creek unit was under par. What to do? Well, we’d decided to make use of the Chevron’s facilities and pick up a few sundries before hitting the road. After grabbing a couple of small items, I made my way back out to the vehicle and awaited my partner’s return. Imagine my surprise when she came back with a small bag denoting Chester’s Fried Chicken! This was indeed an unexpected treat and welcomed in light of the disappointing Buddy Burger. For those not familiar with Chester’s, I can do no better than quote an earlier review of mine where I provide a little history and context to the brand: “Chester’s Fried Chicken traces its origins to Alabama in 1952 when a man named WO Giles started the Chester’s business, originally frying donuts. The fried chicken started in the mid-1960s and the franchising only began [. . .] in 2004.” I’m not sure when the chain started operating in Canada, but I’m glad they’re here. The chicken – and the Cache Creek location is no exception – is in many respects even better than the likes of KFC thanks to their process of double breading each piece. The end result? A beautifully crisp exterior and mouth-wateringly moist interior. Yum! Indeed, the offerings inside the Chevron, in my view, far exceed the attached A&W. FOOD: 4/5 SERVICE: 4/5 VALUE: 5/5 RECOMMENDATION: After enjoying some Chester’s Fried Chicken in Kitimat a couple of years ago, I remarked that I wished there were more of these franchises around the Province. As such, it was a nice surprise to come across this location in Cache Creek. It may be housed in a gas bar, but that in no way impacts the quality of chicken product. In terms of value for money, this place is tough to beat and is better than the adjoining fast-food joint. Recommended! Cold gross and now I feel sick. Did not live up to the excitement I had for them?

We just happened to stop and get gas 4 hours into our trip....a super nice lady working was fabulous helping with what we needed to be able to microwave our food when we get to the motel in 45 min. I snuck some bites and the food is great as well. Thank you much!!!!

Love the tenders.

Trashy. Trailer parks are better. Truck boy country here and it shows as people are overly aggressive and need to relax in the town of Withee Owen area. Must be in the water.
