After waiting an hour for our food, what food we did receive was good but three people in our party of 10 didn’t receive food, and one received the wrong thing. We didn’t see our waiter for over 20 minutes and had to go track her down. Then waited another 30 minutes for the food we didn’t originally get. It’s a Saturday evening and we had a bigger party. We were patient but this is unacceptable.

I placed an online order and when it was picked up half the wings were missing and half the wrong sauce and a missing side sauce. The wings were a little overdone. The lack of caring and effort from just a year ago shows. Sadly when my teenage son was employed there he worked to make a difference in the quality of the food there.

Went here last night to eat paid $47.50 for dinner waited 40 minutes for food my wings were undercooked ordered 20 piece and plus 10 piece my 20 piece were missing 3 wings cold and dry also only got 2 flats out of 20 wings plus I ordered 2 ordered of potatoes wedges with salt & vinegar they were cold then to make it worse they didn't even Shake the salt & vinegar Seasoning with the wedges they just poured the seasoning for the wedges in the middle of the wedges and served it to us to go wow I really enjoy Buffalo wild wings but not going back they did refund me for the wedges but the service was terrible the wait was extremely long and to go order was terrible I would give zero stars if I could

We waited over 1-hour for our food to arrive. Our entire order consisted of 1 burger, 16 boneless wings, 3 orders of fries, and soft drinks. The Dr. Pepper was flat, so I switched to water, and one of my sons had to switch to Starry. Then, once the food arrived over an hour after ordering it, my burger was barely warm and most of the toppings were missing. In top of that, I dropped over $50 (plus a generous tip because our server was very kind despite the kitchen staff's shenanigans). That's a lot of cash to spend on subpar food and a ridiculous wait after being seated.Normally, Buffalo Wild Wings at the Huntington Mall provides a great experience, but I'm so disappointed that I'll likely never return. I'm finding many restaurants that once delivered the goods are a shell of themselves in the post-pandemic world, which is so annoying. If you can't hire enough staff, then limit how many you can seat at a time or just close the place until you are able to operate properly.

Never got our appetizer or any food at all. It started after a long wait for food. The waitress told us there was some issue, which was probably that she never put our order in. We were about to just leave but she said our food would be free and they would push our order to the front. The offer of free food gave me incentive to wait for way too long. After being there for over 1 hour and 15 minutes without a bite of food we got up and left to eat somewhere else.
