Me n my family pulled up to the Huntington mall store and yes it was 8:58 and we was just walking in for a carryout order and we wasn't going to be there long but when we was get out of the car the young girl who was in the lobby seen us getting out of our car and looked at us and locked the door in our face without saying anything to us. all my years working fast-food or food in general we would never locked the door in a customer's face. With no explanation for anything.it was completely disrespectful by that crew member. Who looked us right in the face and locked the door. So we decided to go to the McDonald's acrossed the parking lot cause the didn't seem to want our business. I wouldn't take my family to this BK ever again.

Went to drive-thru on 3 different days and each time at the end of my order I could hear the girl saying "man that ************ordered alot of food !"Today Christmas Eve ? the girl asked to take my order I told her and there was silence. I drove to the window there was no one there. I drove back around and the girl asked to take my order I told her and again silence. No one at the window. Never Again.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the store is an old design, but maintained well. They keep it very clean so it’s super retro inside. Service was good. They don’t complain about extra sauces or things on the side like McDonald’s does.

Love how this store hasn't updated its interior. You get this whole 90s vibe from it but its still well kept. The only interior thing Ive noticed that definetly needs updating is their soda machine. Feel its dated for the 70s. Ive eaten here maybe three times and have only had one cashier seem like they hated it there. Everyone else was just going with the flow. The food is your typical Burger King good. I usually order chicken fries and they were perfectly cooked with nice crisp. If they up'd their soda machine it'd be a four star but other than that I do recommend and will be back.

Let me tell you something about this place. I have eaten at many fash food places on my road trips and dont normally rate fast food but, this establishment knows what they're doing. First time in a long time that I have a burger at a fast food chain restaurant that tastes like a burger, fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, fries tastes great; not oily, not over salted, and the iced coffee was perfect! Yalls keep doing what your doing. Thank you.

??This is a pretty clean Burger King but it's your basic Burger King food what we all know and expect from Burger King I've tried various burgers but of course the bacon King is my favorite.
Our order was almost $50 and it was all bad. All of the pop tasted like seltzer, the chicken fries were inedible, they tasted like they weren't done all the way and made yesterday. One of the worst experience with the food at Burger King!
