We stopped in the mall for dinner. We didn't realize Charley's closed at 8 because the mall closes at 9. The staff was rude.I sat down inside the mall to eat and my food was wrong went to take it back and they had closed the doors.I spent $27.00 for food I couldn't eat.

I've never felt so uncomfortable at a restaurant. The lady behind the counter was yelling at people who were waiting on their food for not being able to hear. She also yelled at all of us, calling us children, when we were standing quietly and patiently, waiting for our food.

I had the VERY BEST service today. Mark Anthony was the most pleasant food service worker I have ever met. Charlies is a lucky business to acquire an employee like him. I will definitely be back soon!

I’ve never waited so long for a cheesesteak. Chicken teriyaki- I think they went out back to kill the chicken and plant wheat to grow/bake the sandwich with. Won’t be back.

Cashier gave us our drinks covered in soda and did not even offer a napkin to clean them off. And food really wasn't worth 33.00 for 2 people..i know it's the mall and all but c'mon.
Way overpriced and food was ok! Probably wouldn't go back.

Definetly comeing back to try some of their cheesesteaks and to hopefully up my rating. Today I went and was greeted by all four employees. I only got a Bacon Cheese Fry but WOW did they exceed my expectations. All of it was cooked to perfection and they gave me a bunch!! I can't wait to return this week and I definetly see them getting one of my five stars. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I hardly ever give a bad review. This is the exception. Seeing all the hype, the pictures and the nice set up. What a disappointment!! I have been in the food business, all my life. I have NEVER had a worse sandwich than I did today. And, $7!! There was so little meat and ingredients, I couldn't even tell which one had no mushrooms. I will NEVER be back and will tell EVERYONE I know. Don't waste your money. I guess I have to give at least one star, but, they are not deserving of that!!

The cashier let us stand at the register no greeting not even a rude what do you want. Just let us stand there and ignored us. The music is so load he couldn't even hear what we was ordering.Food is lacking flavor. No bathroom. Really?! Can't even wash hands before eating. Definitely not ever returning. Too many other great choices than to settle for this low grade establishment. Just walk next to and have something else.
