Spend a few more minutes and go to the free standing CFA up the road. They are owned by the same person, but for some reason the one is the mall is not that great. Service is very slow and the food doesn't taste the same.

We went there 2 days ago. The young lady that took our order, besides being rude and acting like a smart4$$, got our order completely wrong. I drove almost one hour, with two kids for a nice walk at the mall and this happens. Very annoying.

Always a huge line, but less than the actual Chick-fil-A restaurant up the hill. There always friendly and fast with your orders. Its a cramped restraunt meaning very little seating within. There is an abudent of seating outside of the restraunt in the Malls food court though. The chickens always delicous and well cooked.

Most places in the food court at the mall give mall employees a discount on the food. Not this place. I'll never return to another of their stores! I could have eaten very well 2 times anywhere else for what I paid here.

Over half my order was missed, including straws and condiments I was charged for,, fries, kale salad, and chicken sandwich. When I would call the restaurant, they would answer and not say a word, and then hang up. Completely frustrating, especially when you are hangry and eating the one order cold of fries they did actually send.

I do not step foot into the Huntington Mall very often as there is just nothing in there for me that I can't find elsewhere. But I went yesterday with my mom so she could get the battery replaced in her watch.We decided to eat lunch at this location, and I was not impressed with the layout of the restaurant, and the sandwiches we got were very salty. The Chik Fil A up on the hill is much better, and the food has always been consistent.This location in the mall felt cramped, and the food we ordered was not up to standard. I know it is convenient for mall shoppers, but then again, I am not a mall shopper. But one would expect the food to be standard from one Chik Fil A to another.
