I had a bonus card that should of had $6 - $7 on it but the waiter said it didn't have a balance on it. I know it did but she took the card to the back to run it instead of at the table she stated they have a lot of trouble with those cards and she didn't give me the card back. So I lost that money off that card, they need to reimburse me that amount!!!! They food was high enough as it was.Wheelchair accessibility: They usually put me at a place that is not comfortable for a wheelchair

Was an absolutely amazing meal this evening!! I had the Honey Chipotle crisper chicken strips! They were soooo good!!

When it comes to ribs and margaritas, this is my go to spot. I am a rib lover and have tried many of the locations in the area. Chili's is the most consistent and offers a few different flavors. Cozy environment and the staff is usually prompt and courteous. The fajitas are also an excellent choice but sometimes the steak can be a bit chewy. But our waitress always offers to make it right. The wait staff on the bar side are superb and excel in customer satisfaction. Ask for Bonnie!
