everything in the bowls was almost empty.. it was crusty. both people acted like I was bothering them to order.. the sour cream was empty but what was left was watery with other stuff that fell into it.. had to make them give me a new sour cream. very said when you pay 32 dollars for this .. table all dirty . water machine broken did not even tell me when I ordered it. sad

I've never seen a place work so hard at losing its customers. The food here is the same as any Chipotle...when they have it. It is a frequent occurrence to see a sign on the door warning you that they're out of something major. Chipotle is a greedy bunch who upcharge for everything. I once asked for more cheese--you know--that cheap mozzarella cheese they pretend is cheddar. The server threw a few more strands on it. I told them I wanted more than that and I was told that would cost extra, as if it were guacamole. And for some reason, this location cannot keep workers. This is not a problem for any of the many other restaurants in the mall complex--inside or outside the mall. It is also common to see a sign on their door telling you to use the app because they are short on workers and can't allow walk ins. After months away because of the constant up charging, I decided to give this Chipotle another chance. There was yet another sign on the door informing us they were short handed and to use the app again. I tried and waited in the parking lot for an approval code. Tired of waiting, I placed an order at the always functioning Qdoba in the mall, where they also NEVER up charge. As I finished placing the order, Chipotle's approval code came after a ten minute wait. Too late! And I mean completely too late. Done with Chipotle and now a devoted Qdoba fan. Don't waste your time with the Barboursville Chipotle!

After driving most of the day we decided to stop at this chipotle even after reading all the bad reviews. We pulled up and there was a sign on the door "on-line orders only due to staffing shortages". For our entertainment we read reviews of chipotle as we passed by cities. It's obvious to us that Chipotle corporations doesn't take the reviews seriously. The complaints were pretty consistent as we laughed and drove past one chipotle after another. It's clear that chipotle doesn't have a problem raising their menu prices while customer service and food quality decline. Chipotle, if you're going to raise your menu prices you definitely should also raise your employee wages. Maybe you wouldn't have a shortage and maybe we wouldn't need to go someplace else to eat!
