Very sad it's 9:12pm I'm setting in view of the place and just wanted to order a sandwich, I see people walking around and a car go threw the drive thru but yet nobody answers the phone to take a order and they don't close till 10pm , I guess I'll take my $ elsewhere won't be back here ??

Ordered a pubwich online and paid online for it. Went to pick it up 10 min later and person at the window wanted me to pay again. Advised I paid online and no issues after that as far as payment. Drove 5 min to my house to eat. Found the food to be stone cold and no one even bothered to cut it at all. This is my 2nd bad experience at this location since it reopened.
Placed an order for a birthday party. Provided credit card information for payment. Scheduled to have pizza delivered. Called when the order did not arrive, and was told by the manager that no such order existed.

Gino's is always a great place to go! Their pizza is great (as are their other options- I love their hot ham and cheese and the calzone. Onion rings are great too) and pretty affordable. It has a cozy vibe and usually (from my experience) has few people seated.
