I always order about 10 minutes in advance on the app for curbside and proceed to consistently wait 10-20 minutes in the parking lot waiting for food. In addition to this I consistently am missing food items. The food is good and equal to all other McDonalds when you wait and get it.

Extremely slow. About 20 minutes to get through drive thru with only 1 car infront of me. Both with simple orders. Car in front - kids meal. I know because I seen them hand it out. And for my car, Dave double or whatever (IDK, was here for someone else.)

Tore down the original to "streamline" the drive thru for this location. Every single time I come here, I'm met with the same phrase when it's time to get my food "Can you please pull up to the front curb?"I'm not even ordering much, it's every single time I order, I get told that I have to pull up, and then I wait an additional 5 minutes for my food. Work only gives a 30 minute window for our lunch.This McDonald's has become one of the worst when it comes to getting through the drive thru, and on several occasions I've had to go inside in order to get my food because they forgot.

This is the slowest Mc Donald’s around. They are always slow, especially during the evening hours. It takes 14 minutes to get your order after paying about every time! The food is never fresh and taste like it’s been sitting in the back for hours.

They are extremely rude and unhelpful. When I tried to order they were completely ignoring me and I stood there for 20 mins before going to the Kiosk. The Kiosk took my money and I got no food when I talked to the cashier about it she was very kind and was apologizing, but when she got her floor manger that's when things went down hill very fast. The floor manger was extremely rude and very unhelpful. The manager even went as far as to accuse me of using a gift card that didn't have any money on it and refused to at least give me the amount back that the Kiosk stole ($4.90).
Some days it's good, some days it's bad. Seems like more often than not lately, it's the latter.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It use to be a great place and clean and friendly fast service with hot food but not now. The employees are lazy and if you plan on dining in that’s longer to order and get your food than the drive thru. HORRIBLE FOOD HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES ATTITUDE. And a nasty store.
