How someone becomes a “team lead” when all they did was act annoyed that we were struggling ordering is beyond me. Horrible attitude, sighing, and visibly annoyed with our presence. Customer service is trash. Do better. Walked out.

Would be more but had to leave due to Drs appointment bread is being discontinued due to how it wasn't prepared of cooked correctly. Assistant manger said it's hard for old people and people with false teeth to eat . And says since I was hospitalized for 4 days there's nothing they could refund but said he would send me coupons to my mail box in a couple weeks. It was mainly empty and nobody that took out order knew anything about the menu and seemed like they didn't care.. the soup was watered down and cool and barely half a bowl for almost 8.00 ... It needs major improvement.Parking: Huge empty parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy for wheel chairs nobody in your way and entrance clear

Service wise was pretty good for being busy. But the food here vs the prices are ridiculous I have only ate here 3 times throughout its existence and I can't say I have ever liked what I tasted for the price at all.

Service and food are both exceptional! They initially forgot the avocado on my sandwich, but when I asked, the employee (I wish I knew his name) offered to remake the sandwich or give me avocado. He then offered a pastry to make up for it and was extremely polite and thoughtful. Will definitely keep coming!

This location continues to go downhill. We only came because we had a gift card. I ordered a grilled cheese with ham. My sandwich was just slapped together. It was cold and mushy on the inside. The decor of the location is extremely outdated especially being in an upcoming area. Please do better!

For my first experience I wasn't too dissatisfied I did find the bread a little bit hard to bite and chew but it was pretty good. The macaroni and cheese was amazing.
I love love panera bread. This spot is always understaffed, but I noticed that new gm is trying, and he is friendly! The old management ran that place down for years. It's nice to see it coming up!!

All I wanted was pink ribbon bagels, I get them every October. Unfortunately Someone made the bright decision not to offer them this year! Unacceptable!! I probably won’t be back ! EVER !
