When you call you get transferred to a call center in India. And now they use crackhead Door Dash drivers now instead of hiring drivers anymore. This company has turned to garbage, it's ridiculous.

I ordered and paid online. When I arrived and my pizza was carried out (20 ft. Max) - I was ask to provide a tip (fill in receipt and sign). I did not think walking out the door and handing over my food warranted a TIP. When the employee saw the blank tip line he became visibly upset (angry). The food was great but behavior was horrible. Please pay your employees better so they don't work a "collection racket" - it truly does harm your business in the long run.

Absolutely the best service I have had ordering from papa John's. The food was nice an hot. The young lady was extremely nice. Didn't get her name. The food was delivered on time it said it was gonna be here at 418 to 428pm an it was here at 4pm. Which is great. Thank you if it had a 10 star I would hit 10 stars. Keep up the amazing job.

I ordered a large pizza with 3 toppings and had no issue paying an extra $2 for the garlic parm crust. I get home and no garlic parm crust. This is the only reason why I even come to papa John's. It is super good and no where else around here can compare to the garlic parm crust that daddy John's does. I call back and let them know their error, the lady manager sounds annoyed and says sure but you're gonna need to wait 35 min. No issues, but I mean, I was there before current orders, and there was an error that wasn't even my fault. Why am I being made to feel like I am now being punished for something that wasn't even my fault. I've been to this location before and have never had a bad experience. But the lady working today who I assume is a manager, which is even more troubling, gave zero customer service, seemed overworked and exasperated to even be there, and I get it, but if you feel that way, maybe time for a new career pathway or more training on how to greet customers politely, and lead the team to read how the pizza is modified so this could have been avoided. I came back 25 min later thinking I would have a sit down while I wait the extra 10 min since she said it'll be a 35 min wait, only for it to be ready, great! Except it's not. I now have a pizza that looks like it's been sitting out for a while and the garlic parm crust is only on one side of the damn pizza. And barely! It takes me 3 min to get home, so I know it doesn't look like it's been neglected because of a long drive. why charge extra if you're just gonna half ass everything? Do better. Because this is highly disappointing and honestly just rude. I was polite and kind both times I came in only to get shitty ass pizza and a rude unprofessional manager both visits. Seriously, if you hate your job that much, find something else where. You're only making the company look awful with your current customer service attitude, and managerial processes. I know it is just papa John's but I have never experienced a manager here with as bad of a stank face as the lady tonight. Stank face meaning bad at their job and bad with customers! Once again, do better
Great food just kinda pricey ..for the area...you could if a budgeter buy 4 pizzas to cook at home for every one there. Convenient but still high.Vegetarian options: Veggies pizza and other products available.
