I normally go to this Qdoba when I'm in the area and it's usually really good. This time I went today and it seemed like I was annoying the guy serving me. Rice was partially uncooked and very very little beans.I really don't complain but this was disappointing.

So first, let me just say that this was my first visit ever and my last for sure. And I was kind of excited. I've been wanting to try this place now, considering I've never been here before I had a few questions but the employees on the line just looked at me like a deer in headlights. Now I ordered the double chicken protein bowl, which was a joke for what you pay that wasn't a lot of chicken and the chicken that was in there was fatty or very dried and over cooked not to mention the fact what you're paying for a bowl that wasn't even half full. I also ordered chips and guac and was given this little 8 ounce plastic cup of guacamole for five bucks. That's ridiculous.The restaurant itself was dirty. No tables were clean, and the bathroom was disgusting and to top it all off when i went to their soda machine there was absolutely no diet or zero and for being a diabetic That's a problem and when I went back up to the front to let them know that the machine that had multiple choices was all out of those flavors I got rolling of The eyes and a heavy sigh, then he said here we have a Diet Coke That's all we have in a bottle. Lmao! Normally, I wouldn't let so much bother me, but I can't stand the fact that after you pay for your food and your drink and its that terrible the last thing you want to deal with is someone with an attitude. Now if I would have acted like they would have been called a Karen so what do we call employees who treat the customers poorly? I'm just saying

This was my second time ever eating at a QDOBA and I got just plain soft tacos with meat and cheese. They were really good, the cheese was I think mozzarella which I don't understand. The beef was great and had a spicy taste to it. The employees were very welcoming and helpful. The place was really clean.My first visit was a chicken quesadilla with jalapenos and I wasnt too impressed, they heated the quesadilla up but it seems as if they remove the jalapeno seeds. Never had a problem with Qdoba food but here the kid makes the burrito and it's very small because he puts a tiny amount of the ingredients in it. So for what you pay it's not worth it. What I recommend is if they do this to you just tell them you don't want it and go over to the nearby Chipotle .

The day we went it was very crowded & loud! The staff moved thru the line efficiently and quickly. They even handled a difficult customer very well. The food was good as well.

I was very excited to try this place as I heard good reviews. I ordered the surf and turf which was a shrimp and steak bowl. The meat was quality for sure, you could tell they also cooked it well. My only problem was it was extremely salty. The beans and the guacamole were both so salty I had to stop eating it. It started to hurt my esophagus and my stomach. I didn't want to waste the food so I took it home and added in some tomato, onion and avocado. It barely helped as I could still taste the salt but it got me through to finish the bowl. If it wasn't so salty, the food would taste so good! Service was great, clean restaurant and good beverage options as they carry the big red coke dispenser that allows you to pick almost any flavor of pop you can imagine. I'm not sure if it's always salty or if today was a bad day or something, as I've been there only once. I've read a review from a different person that noted the chips were very salty as well, so I'm not sure what's going on here. I hope they reduce the salt because the flavors are there for sure. Hoping to go back and have a better experience :)
