We placed a drive-thru order because the diningroom was closed at 9:00 pm. A manager came to the window after we were given our card back and asked for our receipt. We had not been given a receipt. The girl who originally took our order and took our payment looked confused. We asked if there was anything we could do to help. The manager said he would take care of it on their end and gave us our order, which was great food as expected from Steak n' Shake. We were a little sad they did not have the little crock of baked beans that some locations used to have.

My favorite burger joint. The staff is awesome. Food is always fresh and hot. I’ll drive all the way from Charleston just to eat here. The banana milkshake is like no other. SO GOOD! The ladies who are the waitresses are so kind and sweet. I’ve been coming to Steak ‘n Shake for 8yrs now. My favorite fast food place.

Didn't eat here or go here, my mother and niece brought me a hamburger from here. I didn't like the hamburger, I won't get another one. I've had their hamburger before and didn't like it then either. I know there are some people who like their hamburgers though. I've only had food from here maybe 3 or 4 times.

My husband and I hadn’t visited this location for a couple years because the last two times weren’t great, but tonight, everything was perfect. Cheeseburgers, fries, drinks, and service were great.

This location still brings your food to your seat and refills your drink for you. Workers are very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are dirty and gross. Restaurant needs to be cleaned. Many workers at time of visit (Sunday dinner time) with no other customers, but No one trying to cleanup. Burgers were average, almost cooked too long. Not a generous helping of fries that were not quite fresh.

I ordered the steak single combo with no cheese. When the person brought it to the table I asked fo mayo. Apparently it doesn’t come on it. Just ketchup. Probably because it is cheaper. When they brought the mayo I opened my sandwich to find the meat was/is extremely thin and looked like someone took a big bite out of my meat. They offered to make a new sandwich instead of saying we will make you a new sandwich or offering a refund. I was highly disappointed in this visit last night. I will not return there.

My family and I stopped for lunch as we were passing through. Food and service were fine, the building itself could use some updating. But, my overall average experience was completely ruined by the absolutely foul bathrooms. So bad that I had to leave and ended up vomiting most of my lunch in the parking lot. An out of order sign would have done wonders for a restroom that had obviously needed a deep clean for several hours.
