They didn't even get my order right at all.We ordered from the personal screens that they have available for people to create their own order themselves looking through the menu on the screen,Like McDonald's offers as well — so you don't have to have a cashier to take your order....I ordered a large double Barry freeze and the wrap that I ordered I had the option available to swap the beef with chicken so I did and I paid andthey literally had to ask me what size drink I had and I waited for over 5 minutes just to find out they didn't have the blue raspberry freeze that went into the double berry freeze that I ordered.And as I was distracted trying to watch and figure out what was happening with my drink that was MIA, I ate a few bites of my wrap before realizing that it still has beef instead of chicken!!!It's like, what good is it to make an order if they don't even read the damn things.

This is the worst taco bell I have ever been to and unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. I don't think I've ever been here and got my food made correctly or everything in the bag. Long wait times and rude staff.Parking: Only parking available for this is always blocked by drive through traffic due to high wait times. Thus making it impossible to park and leave after dinning in. They left out half of my order once and I had to wait 10 minutes for the line to move so I could park to go in and get it. Then when I came back out I waited at least 20 minutes before anyone would give me room to back out and turn around because you can only go out the way you came in unless you wait in the drive through traffic.

The only reason I rated one star is for it to reflect on the service I just had at the mall Taco Bell. As me and my Fiancé are previous employees of Taco Bell. We know portioning. I ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch delux box all beef and cheese only. After shorting me in portion on both my Doritos locos tacos and my crunch and my fiancé asking them to fix it. We got the explanation of them breaking everything down and using the black bean scoop for portions of the beef. We didn’t care as long as they fixed it. We then made a second additional trip to the window for incorrect portion of cheese on my burrito. Showing them that wasn’t properly portioned with cheese. The gentleman whom I can only assume was on the line walks around for a sec and debates on walking over and opening the window. He finally walks over and informs us of the portions that are supposed to go on the burrito. This is after he made a point to make sure we were the same customers that just came through. After showing him the burrito. We got the window slammed in our face and a while later was handed some cheese In a cup which I didn’t even trust to eat for the fear he had spit in it or worse. I have never made a google review before until this moment if that says anything about how unpleasant, unprofessional, unkind, and disrespectful this visit to the mall Taco Bell was. I saved my burrito and cup of cheese to bring in tomorrow. It’s very upsetting getting this kind of service at the only Taco Bell that we will go to late at night because of the simple fact. The food and service is always amazing. I’ll get their names Tomorrow but if something isn’t addressed. I don’t think I myself would eat here again or encourage others to
