Terrible customer service . Dry tasteless cupcakes. Will definitely help other potential customers prevent expensive disaster. I always support local businesses but not this one. This was my 3rd bad experience with them. Sam's cupcakes taste better!
I stopped in today, Monday 3/18, around 3:40 pm. I was tired, cranky, and just about to start my shift. I wish I got the young ladies name, but I walked up and realized I had left my glasses, so I couldn't read the menu.All I could tell the batista was that I liked chocolate and I needed a lot of caffeine. She didn't hesitate to whip me up a delicious smores triple shot, and she never once made me feel bad about not being able to read the menu. Please give the girl a raise!

Thank you for going above and beyond today on a last minute birthday cake in the EXACT colors we needed, instead of letting me settle for a case cake with the wrong colors. Caught me completely by surprise when I picked up. The cake was delicious also. You ladies are the BEST!
