Order a #1 that is 2 pieces of fish, fries, hush puppies and a drink. I thought I would get slaw but didn’t. Maybe it wasn’t included. $9.95. Fish was good, fries were also but such a small amount, maybe 10-12 if that. I noticed how small the inside was and trying to figure out why. That seemed to be a huge problem for anyone wanting to eat inside. Overall nothing to make me want to go back.

Tried out the new place and I'm happy to report LJS IS BACK! Beautiful inside and very clean and inviting. My family ordered the 16 piece family pack and 15 battered shrimp for take out. Service was friendly and fast. Food was fresh and delicious. In fact, so good we ate there again the next day. Glad you're back, gang!! Don't change a thing!

We were finally able to try the rebuilt restaurant. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was decent. A little expensive for what you get, but no real complaints about it. I was shocked at the size of the dining room. Extremely small, extremely crowded, very loud. People buzzing everywhere making their drinks and refills, and going back and forth to the counter to get condiments. My husband and I could not even hold a conversation while we ate because of the noise. We had to go back to the counter four times asking for ketchup and malt vinegar because they only gave us two or three packets at a time even after asking for a handful. I was hoping it would be like the Fayetteville location but it is just so small. Not sure if we will go back to this location to dine in. But on a good note, it was clean and the women's restroom was also clean.

The portions are extremely small for the price you pay you should get 4 hushpuppies and fries instead them being sides for the price you pay and the chicken tenders in the meal are really small compared to other restaurants you go to in the area.
Since it reopened the done in area is much smaller. The food is better than it was but still not as good as captain ds. Half the side options and smaller portions.
