Stopped in for a late night dinner on a long road trip and were VERY glad we did. The place was busy, but we were sat right away and never found ourselves looking for our waitress, she was on top of everything. The food was spot on and the serving sizes were HUGE. We had plenty of leftovers that we regrettably couldn't take with us because we still had a long way to drive before we could refrigerate them. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we are 100% going to stop by for their tortellini and chicken parm!

Everything looked good, but the food was extremely bland. The Alfredo tasted like flour and water; I couldn't detect any cream, butter or garlic and the chicken was tough and over cooked. My wife's baked spaghetti was okay, but also boring. She said it needed more sauce and the noodles had a strange texture. The calamari was the worst we've ever had; tough and fishy. They combine it with peppers which I liked, but it couldn't salvage the appetizer. The side salad was watery and bland (lettuce & tomatoes). Service and atmosphere were very good, but if you're looking for quality Italian, look elsewhere.

Pizza was a disappointment. Crust was undercooked and a massive amount of cheese covered it. Antipasto was good. Varied and fresh.

We were passing through Beckley and decided to stop for dinner at Pasquale's Italian restaurant. The building looked nice so we were hopeful the food would live up to its 4.4 star Google rating. There are LOADS of 5 star Google reviews on this place! I really don't like to give poor ratings but this place was, hands down, the worst Italian food we've ever had. We ordered the fried calamari appetizer. It was so awful, I almost gagged trying to get the first bite down. It had a distinctly fishy taste. We've ordered fried calamari at dozens of restaurants in the past and it's never tasted fishy before. I didn't even know fried calamari could taste fishy. Our side salads came with the house Italian dressing. They were watery and flavorless. It was literally just lettuce and diced tomatoes with dressing. Lamest, most boring salad ever. For entrees, I ordered the baked spaghetti and hubby was going to get the shrimp alfredo but changed his mind after tasting the fishy calamari. He decided to go with chicken alfredo instead. Our food came out very fast and large portion sizes. It looked promising. But, what good are large portions if the food tastes awful? When I say that the alfredo was bland, it is a gross understatement. It tasted like white gravy -- no flavor whatsoever. The chicken was tough and also very flavorless. My baked spaghetti tasted better than the alfredo but still quite boring. Something was wrong with the noodles. I wondered if they were gluten free, or slightly undercooked, or frozen and reheated, or purchased from Aldi... Idk what it was but they tasted off. The best thing about the entire meal was meatball and mushrooms. If I had to sum up our dinner, I would say it was like nursing home or cafeteria food. Actually, that would be a disservice to nursing homes and cafeterias. Aside from the bland food, the service was good. We didn't have the heart to tell our server how terrible the food tasted. My husband believes that this is the kind of food that people like in WV. Idk if that's true or not but he thinks they like bland food in large portions. We are from Ohio which isn't exactly super worldly or cultured.. far from it... but it'll probably be a longggggg time before we trust any Google reviews on Italian restaurants in WV.

Very nice quiet ambiance. We were on the road all day and were looking for comfort food. We had stuffed jumbo shells with mushroom sauce, spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce, garlic bread, and wine. Portions were quite large and delicious. We left with full bellies. Prices were also very reasonable.

After driving 8 hours, we wanted some place to eat that wasn’t a chain for dinner and we nailed it. This is an oasis of good food and pleasant service. I wish they were closer to home.

My girlfriend and I were looking for food and man was I surprised when I found this place. The food here is all well done and well priced. The portions are huge and food is well seasoned. The server was very polite and provided good service. It is a shame we are not from this area, because this restaurant is a real gem in the rocks. For anyone who is looking for a good food, service, and not have to worry about price then I would recommend you check this place out. Also, the bread is really good!Kid-friendliness: Very peaceful environmentWheelchair accessibility: Accessible

We are from out of town. We picked this place because of the good reviews. It started with the water. It was a little cloudy and one of our friends said, “oh they put lemon in it “ we all agreed that it was funny tasting lemon. I asked the waiter what was in the water and he looked puzzled and said “ice”. I ordered a S. Pellagrino. Everyone else ordered different drinks. Then the fried calamari was overcooked. It was like chewing on rubber bands. The main course was not terrible, but it wasn’t great either. I make better eggplant Parmesan. At least our waiter was friendly and did a good job. Needless to say, next time I’m in this area, I will not be eating there again.
