Disgusting place, and the food should not be called Mexican, they serve tasteless and very American things, there is not a single typical Mexican food.

There is a “checkout fee” of .98 added to the bill automatically. I suppose I should opt to not checkout and avoid the fee, but that would be stealing, but not stealing when they do it. That’s ok I hope that fee goes to the waiter because i deducted it from the tip. I paid in cash too so not sure how to avoid a fee. Food was good and service was ok but won’t return to have fraudulent fees added to my bill.

Ordered a beef Taco salad, when I got home it was full of clear liquid which made the shell fall apart. The second time I ordered was only because on Mondays the sign said Taco salads for 4.99. I ordered one and ask to strain the liquid out and he argued with me it was cheese which brings me to the rudeness of the people there ( also heard this from other people). When he rang the salad up it was 7.48, I thought it was 4.99, he said it is but we charge 1.00 for the togo box and 1.00 for the chips. I will never go to that place again. RUDE...WATERY TACO SALAD...AND WAY TO EXPENSIVE.Inside was 3 to 4 people both times, how do places like this stay in business.
If you're in the mood for Mexican food, but want something different from the traditional Mexican food in the area give Rancho Grande a try. They offer great Mexican food like none of the others have. The food is very good, service is very quick and the atmosphere is very chill and fun.
