We ordered a large brisket order by the pound for a very special family event and everyone was simply delighted! The meat was tender, juicy and such a delicious flavor! Our guest kept asking if we made it! Lol! Bob and family were very nice and helpful with our preorder,(a week in advance due to the size of the order). We can't wait to order the ribs next time.
