Fast food service with sit-down restaurant prices.Def was not impressed that it cost us 50+ for my husband, myself, and our 3 year old.

Great menu options! Daily specials! The food is great. Everything I have tried is well above average. Very nice, clean, friendly atmosphere for dining in. Couple flatscreens in the dining area and is decorated with the seasons. I'm personally hooked on the jalepeno poppers. I think you get a dozen per order. They are so good dipped in ranch dressing, but they do tend to be a little spicier than I am used to. Not a problem, though, because they taste so good. I just man up and eat them anyway! You can't go wrong eating here. There is something good for everyone.

Me and my family decided to try something new tonight for dinner and when we called to order they didn’t know their own prices nor could they tell us how much it was to get fries and then wouldn’t even tell us a total price. When we get there to pick it up come to find out it was 71 dollars. Now normally I won’t care to pay that kind of money for food cause now a days things are more expensive but their menu says one price then when I go to pay it’s like I was charged way more than I was supposed to not to mention the food was all soggy. So now I’m out all that money and it didn’t even get to eat good food.

Today was my first time to go to Country Roads Grill, although a number of friends had recommended it. It was a rainy, chilly day, and my wife didn't want to leave the house, but had a yearning for a steak hoagie, so I headed to the Country Roads Grill. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but walking in it passed my first test, everything looks clean and welcoming. I took a moment to study the menu, and placed my order for a sausage hoagie, a steak hoagie, french fries, and onion rings. The lady, taking my order was very pleasant and friendly, and told me that my order would be ready in a few minutes. I was happy to wait, because that meant that they were preparing my food for me, and not merely stuffing some already prepared sandwich in a bag. I noticed that one of their signs indicated that they have daily specials. That's another thing I like to see at a restaurant. After a few minutes, the lady who had checked me out and brought my order to me and I took it home. After tasting the sandwiches both my wife and I agreed that this was a restaurant worth keeping on our list. Both hoagies were very tasty and well prepared, with soft bread and tasty meat, cheese, and peppers. The french fries weren't anything special, but we both thought that the fried onion rings were among the better ones we've had locally. It was a chilly and wet December afternoon, and I noticed that it was a little cool inside. So if you tend to find restaurants cold, you might want to bring your jacket or sweater in with you if you are planning to eat lunch in on a cold winter day.

The food is good. Good hoagie and salads are good quality. Similar to the prior Gourmet Cafe, but not quite it. The thing that I didn't not like is that they charged a convenience fee to use a card. That's normally against the credit card company agreement and is just additional tax on its patrons. Unreasonable.

My friends and I love this place. Right off the exit so it’s easy for everyone. We love the hoagies, big salads, chocolate cake and large ice tea! Big servings and friendly staff as well.

Food is good, but teenagers working who don’t understand much about customer service made it an okay experience. They were out of fried peppers so we requested that they just fry the sauced papers they had……. With a blank stare, “we don’t have fried peppers”. “ okay… so you can’t take the sauced peppers and fry them for me? “No We don’t have fried peppers”. So, we got a sandwich with just meat and nothing else…. They didn’t even put the other things on it that it lists. Hogie, steak wrap, fries and drinks were 35.00 w no tip. Food is good but service is everything. Probably won’t be back
