Ordered our food with Ryan the shift leader. He said about 20 minutes. He took two more walk in and provided the food quickly. We asked for our money back for a 28.82 bill. Ryan said he is unable to return the 5.00 tip. Tried to give us 20.00 instead. We will not return.

I had such a taste for a sub I headed to Firehouse Subs!I use their APP to view the menu and place my order - it's very easy to use.I ordered a meatball sub and a grilled chicken salad.My order was ready as expected in the restaurant.I love ordering from a company that supports our first responders!! It's the only sub shop I ever buy from!I love the decor of firefighters and fire stations.The meatball sub was hot and flavorful!The grilled chicken salad, even a day later, was very tasty!I highly recommend you make Firehouse Subs your only and favorite sub shop!

Really great location! We are traveling and stopped in at 3pm. The staff was very nice, it was clean and had a great atmosphere/decor. The food was fresh and delicious. They had the best gluten free sandwich bread option I have had! Also it looks like they just donated around 470k to the West Virginia fire department for safety equipment at the beginning of the year. I really appreciate charitable businesses. All around great experience!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free bread!Parking: Really beautiful town, easy to get in and out. Plenty of space.

Firehouse used to be our favorite sub place, but, the last 2 times we've ordered there, there hasn't been nearly as much on the subs. There's only half the amount of meat (if that) and even the veggies are barely there. There was only one tomato on my 8 inch sub. They also put onions on it even though I asked for no onions. Unfortunately, it is no longer worth the price since the sandwiches are no longer full. So disappointing...

Firehouse is a favorite but the woman manger is the rudest person ever. Instead of jumping in and helping her employees she just stands around criticizing them. Waited over 20 minutes to be waited on and all she kept saying was don't know when I will get to you. Totally understand your busy with a bus but jump in and help the two boys busting their butts. I ended up leaving along with 5 other people.

Love going for subs when we are in the area. Each purchase supports local firefighters! I had the chicken and dumpling soup. This is thick, hearty, and so warming for a cold rainy day- so good. Meat ball sub was very good. Just the right amount of sauce. The store is very clean. There are items of firefighting equipment to entertain the budding fireman/ woman in your family. I wish we had one in Buckhannon!
