The cookies were great but the customer service was not. After I ordered like any other customer the team member asked me why I had a certain look on my face. I was in a good mood so I was confused by the question. She then proceeded to call it an RBF. As funny as that may be, it’s unprofessional. I laughed it off but it definitely hurt.

This Great American Cookies is inside the Meadowbrook Mall, near the food court. We stopped by on New Year's Eve, a perfect day to get that last shot of sugar-shock into your system before New Year resolutions kick in, HA! They had a promotion going of "buy 5 get 1 free" for anything in the case. We selected six items, my son going for a pizza-wedge shaped slice of cookie covered in frosting, and then five additional cookies. The cashier provided friendly, kind service. We ate some of our cookies in the food court, and they were fresh, soft, and scrumptiously sweet! My son inhaled his big cookie wedge, no complaints! My husband and I shared an oatmeal cookie and a toffee crunch cookie, both were soft and gooey-chewy. Later on I had a frosted chocolate chip cookie that was also creamy and sweet, the frosting was delicious. The B5/G1 deal made the cookies not a bad value for an indulgence splurge. If you are in the Meadowbrook Mall and could go for a quality cookie fix, you won't be disappointed at Great American Cookies.

This place does offer lots of different cookies but is small. The prices are a little high, but not bad. They also sell cookie cakes in addition to large and small cookies. They recently added a small fee to orders over a certain amount to cover additional costs in delivery and supplies to avoid having to raise their prices. They do open a little after the mall does.

I was new to the area and wandering the mall when I saw the Great American Cookie company! I love a frosted cookie and they had a great selection available. How can you resist this pink cookie? The prices were reasonable and staff was friendly

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review on a place. Not because of the product, because of the service. First of all the workers were all over eachother when I walked up. The guy who was working was very rude while serving me. He didn't even smile or talk and just glared the whole time he was serving me and basically through my change at me. The only time he talked was to tell me my total. The cookie are great tho. just didn't like how I was treated.

Was going to order a cake for Christmas I've ordered one every year and almost every holiday with a simple design Christmas tree and now their charging a $4 art fee for the something I get every year. No thanks I'll start ordering from somewhere else. Very disappointed and refuse to go back! Manger was rude on the phone and I'll take my business else where. Do not recommend!!
