If your going to have only 2 employees working at lunch, don't have one on break at noon. I left after waiting for almost 10 minutes and the server was still trying to take care of one customer.The other employee was sitting at a both eating his lunch.I don't blame the employees, this is a management issue.

The service was horrible when we walked in they didn't even acknowledge us no smile no hi not even a glance. my mother tried getting a sub and the lady employee tried making her charge double for it, we were there at 2:00 June 27 2023. I hope their customer service gets better but until that happens I will not be returning here and will be taking my money to Middletown commons subway we're they appreciate my business.

Brought my kids in to this Subway after a dentist appointment on 4/27/23. The man and woman working were so welcoming and kind to us. They treated my kids with respect and were patient as they told them their orders. The restaurant was very clean, food was fresh, and service excellent. 10/10 experience. I will drive out of my way to come to this location for now on due to these 2 employees! Thank you so much for making a very hectic day have a positive ending.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub tried calling the store to see about adding extra ranch no one answered when my sandwich got here the bread was soggy the lettuce was kind of brown and it wasn’t even cut in half

The bread is always fresh and the staff is always friendly too. Everytime I walk into this place, its filled with the delicious scent of fresh baked bread. Theres many Subways to choose from in the area and I'll always choose this one.

Meatball hoagie was not eatable. The extra cheese was melted to the paper wrap, none of it on the sandwich. Way too much sauce on the sandwich, it made it so soggy you could not eat the bread. I looked like I had eaten spaghetti with my fingers it was so sloppy. The young girl was there by herself. Said she had been left on her own, look like she was ready to cry. Terrible management. My hoagie went into the garbage. The owner should be ashamed of leaving that poor girl there to run inside and drive thru on her own. Poor food NOT her fault. Wasted money. Will NOT go there again. Not the first time this happened. The one girl left early and left the poor young girl on her own. I would have taught the owner a lesson and just walked out. Poor ownership. Poor management.
