Subway was not open at 8 as advertised. Waited 20 minutes, saw a worker inside, went around to drive through, guess they're not taking drive through orders today? Very disappointed, very dissatisfied. I'm sick at the moment and was trying to avoid making the physical trek into the store, but it seems I'm going to have to actually commit to the struggle and suffer the walk and standing to actually go inside. Assuming the door is even unlocked.

The touchscreen is very unresponsive to try to make a selection on screen (this is after several trips here). That's a frustrating experience. What I ordered was not made correctly, either. The only interaction is paying and getting my food, which is impersonal and makes me feel like you don't want to pay someone to take an order (probably to save expenses or time) or make it a friendly experience. I'll try to avoid this location of possible, going forward.

Love this place! Amazing service ! The food is so fresh! The store looks very nice after the remodel! Always clean
Stopped here for a quick lunch today despite poor reviews. Found location very convenient to expressway. Clean, modern building. Staff very accommodating and pretty efficient. Sandwich was typical of Subway with fresh ingredients. I would stop here again if in area.

This Subway was a nice Subway. It looked clean, the subs we had were good. We got there just before the lunch rush. They were training a new person you could tell and they seemed to be doing a good job of it.

Service is terrible. My boyfriend orders online and still ends up having to wait 20+ minutes for one sandwich because this store prioritizes in store orders over mobile orders, which defeats the purpose of having an online order

3/18/23 don’t go all day without eating,and go to this place at 8:00pm! From the time I walked into the door I received attitude from the lady,like she didn’t want to wait on me!I decided to get the Philly,immediately I’m told I have to get that sandwich with only what comes on it,unlike any other subway I’ve been to,where I have been asked if I want what it comes with or something different ? So if I can’t get that sandwich with a few jalapeños on it,I will just leave.So then I get serious attitude from the lady,and I say I’m going to report her,she says good luck with that,it’s a subway rule that I can’t get jalapeños on that sandwich.Honey ,I just left when I couldn’t get what I wanted,I’m going to report your attitude that just escalated even more?Oh! I’m not done with this situation ??No wonder they can’t afford to turn on the parking lot lights .
