My wife and I stopped here for lunch on our way to New River Gorge from Pittsburgh. We both ordered the brisket sandwich. I got a side of Mac and cheese and my wife decided to try to fried okra. The brisket was not as tender as I expected, but it was still enjoyable and had a nice smoky flavor. The mac and cheese was tasty as well, though not exceptional. Service was fast and the food was hot and fresh when they brought it out. The restaurant was basic, but clean and tidy inside. Overall, this is a good option in this area for a nice BBQ sandwich.

Food was fantastic. Good smoke on the pulled pork, very tender brisket. Baked beans were appropriately seasoned and not too sweet. Cornbread was tender and good texture. The coleslaw was creamy and tangy.

Stopped in for lunch one afternoon this week - we are from out of town - and had a great lunch! The portions are huge and it feels like bbq places back home. Another out of towner was having lunch, too, and was friendly with conversation. Would definitely come back if in town!

Great BBQ place. I've eaten BBQ from Texas to California, North Carolina and South Carolina -- and places in between. This BBQ has great flavor and the sauces are good, too. I've had pulled pork, brisket and smoked wings. All are very good. Stop in. You won't be disappointed!

The food here is excellent. I had the smoked brisket, pulled chicken platter with mac and cheese, jalapeño corn, and corn bread. Everything is absolutely delicious. And the customer service is very friendly and attentive. Thanks for a great lunch!
The aroma of the meat cooking draws you in but the flavor keeps you coming back. Pulled pork platter was great. Could have actually shared this but wound up eating it all. Good price for all you get. Staff is friendly and place has a nice atmosphere.
